Story
Looking for a little dog with a lot of heart? Meet Ian! This pint-sized black and white pup is living proof that a broken hip and medical needs do not mean a broken spirit! Ian's hip has healed but he is on daily meds for a medical condition, Diabetes insipidus. Despite it all, Ian is fun, boisterous, and full of playful energy that is absolutely contagious. Ian may be small, but he has a big love for life. He thrives on attention and is constantly looking for a game of seek with his toys or a good cuddle session. He plays well with other dogs, making him a great potential new sibling for your current furry friend. When it comes to his favorite things, toys rank high on the list, and food is right up there too; he's happily not picky about his meals... He eats from a slow feeder bowl to make sure he doesn't get too overzealous with his meals and is able to digest well. Ian is looking for a loving home where his joyful personality can shine and he can get the care and affection he deserves. Are you ready to give this resilient, playful boy a chance at a happy forever home? Basic Info: Male, 1 yr old Boston Terrier/Chihuahua Coat: Black and White UTD on shots and parasitic preventatives. Diabetes Insipidus: affects urine concentration, requires twice daily meds to maintain healthy urine and for bladder contraction to aid in fully emptying the bladder Local adoption fee (Texas) - $200 Out of state adoption (includes transport to your area) ‐ $450

Story
Meet Ginger! An adorable senior with the soul of a puppy. Ginger must be an only pet. She does not like to share her humans or her possessions. She divides her time equally between playing and cuddling. She gets a little grumbly if you decide to end either before she's ready but she does correct easily. I wouldn't recommend a home with kids because of her desire not to share. This sweet girl has a history of struvite crystals and does require observations for flareups. She also has dry eye and will need prescription eye ointment lifelong. Otherwise, she is in good health. If you are a strong, patient pack leader and are looking for a cuddly ball of energy, Ginger may be your girl.June 30, 2025, 10:08 pm

Story
Hi! I'm a sweet, happy girl with a huge puppy heart and an endless love for life. I adore playtime, especially when squeaky toys are involved (the louder, the better!), and I'm always ready to bounce around or stand proudly on my back legs when I get excited. I love going on walks and exploring all the amazing smells, but I'm just as happy sharing affection and being close to my favorite people. Playful, loving, and full of joy, I have a way of turning every moment into fun-and melting hearts while I'm at it.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Bandit, a handsome young pug with an adventurous streak and a heart full of love! Born around May 14, 2024, this sweet 18.4-pound boy was found exploring a local subdivision, charming multiple neighbors along the way. While everyone wanted to help the little runaway, Bandit proved himself to be quite the escape artist, cleverly digging out of various yards in his determined quest to find the action! Bandit is a true social butterfly. His main goal in life is to be right where the people are. When he gets loose, he doesn't run away; he rushes towards companionship! He is looking for a secure yard and a family who will give him plenty of attention and keep him close by, satisfying his deep desire to be part of the pack. Bandit has been fully vetted and is now receiving treatment for anaplasmosis, a common tick-borne disease discovered during his initial exam. He is doing great and just needs to complete his 30-day course of medication. He's on the mend and ready for his fresh start. This resilient, people-loving pug is eager to trade his days of solo adventures for a lifetime of cozy cuddles and family fun. If you’re looking for a loyal, friendly companion who promises to keep you entertained and loved, Bandit is eagerly waiting to steal your heart! You can apply for Bandit at www.adoggie4you.org.  His adoption fee is $350.  This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $250. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations. Meet Sugarplum! Sugarplum is an affectionate and good-natured 5-year-old, 22 pound female French Bulldog. A former puppy mill mama, she is now enthusiastically adjusting to a life of comfort in her foster home. She loves to romp and explore around the house and is eagerly learning how to play with toys and receive yummy treats. She also thoroughly enjoys a good long nap on a warm lap, emitting the sweetest little snore. Sugarplum gets along with everyone she meets. While a tiny bit shy at first, she quickly warms up to new people. She also gets along well with both dogs and cats. Sugarplum is currently working on house training and leash training. She will benefit from a consistent routine to help her learn these skills. She has had positive results using puppy pads but isn’t 100% consistent yet. If Sugarplum sounds like the perfect little dog for you, apply today! Sugarplum is fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $450. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.
