Rescued Moose at 6 weeks old, has been with me ever since. He is now a year and half, he is very energetic and loving. He loves to play, his favorite games are tug of war and catch. He loves kids, and other animals. He does love cats, he grew up with two of them until recently. But he will chase them as he tries to play with them. He loves to cuddle , and be outside ! Also has really bad separation anxiety. Unfortunately due to a lot of unforeseen circumstances I do not have the time or resources as I have lost my home, and am not able to continue to take care of Moose and give him the best quality of life that he deserves. So I am looking for someone who can ❤️

Ms Lulu is quite the character! She is happy and funny and Loves to run and run. When she stops, she stops! She took over the house and yard the first day protecting and keeping all threats away from the fence. She is a snuggler and will sit on the couch and sleep in the big person bed or an open crate. She does prowl and protect through the night. She is house trained and uses a doggy door. Lulu is not good with small dogs as her breed likes to keep the "rodents" at bay. I would say no dog under 20lbs - otherwise male or female dogs are fine. No idea about cats. She is a cattle dog and seems as if she may have been trained to herd beyond what comes natural? she is not good with lazy pet goats, pigs and chickens. Cattle and horses would be safe. She is an active working dog who would love an active lifestyle if you can provide it. She loves the water too. She will herd children by nipping on their heels so maybe a bit older children who understand that's just what her breed does and won't cry. She does pretty well on a leash, rides in the car like a pro, loves puppies because she was a mom a time or two. Her tongue hangs out and her jaw is a bit off (maybe birth defect or an injury) but it does not affect her appetite! Julio was found as a 6 week old puppy on the roadside. He has been a perfect gentleman in the house and has been raised by the old timers and seniors who have taught him proper manners. He loves to play with Bruce and Lulu, has learned to play in the kiddy pools, and is fully house trained. He is mixed with shepherd, hound, red heeler best guess. He likes some snuggles, sleeps under the bed or the coffee table. he's quiet and overall just the best puppy ever. he will make a great family dog. apply at www.krrtx.org/forms Please note all dogs are located in San Antonio, TX. We advertise out of state due to the critical pet overpopulation problem here in the south. We use Your Texas Rescue Connection to transport the dogs to your area. She loves her (Toy) Bones, chewing them, and talking with them in her mouth :) She walks nicely on a leash, has sit stays, down stays, and will do most anything for a treat. Loves her dog bed and belly rubs too. She rides well in the car in a crate. Sleeps in either a crate or on a dog bed at night.
