**Adoption visits are by appointment only** If you see an animal you`re interested in, fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website https://everettwa.gov/161/Adopt-a-PetSweet, shy Sylvie is looking for a home committed to her ongoing training and socialization. She is still a puppy but eager to learn and be your new best friend. Sylvie weighs 47 pounds. Sylvia has been out with a Wandering Rover who said `We went to the park, Mud Bay, McDonald`s drive thru, and then relaxed at the house. She didn`t like the back seat of the car, she preferred up front as copilot. Sylvie waited nicely for treats and knows how to sit. She liked to jump on the bed, play with toys, and lay in the grass in the sun.`Another Rover said `Sylvie enjoyed a walk on the Centennial Trail today. She enjoyed sniffing along and saying hello to the people we passed. She startled a bit at first with the bicycles but once she got used to them passing she was perfectly fine with them. She then enjoyed a pup cup on the ride back. She is a sweetheart! She didn`t seem to enjoy other dogs passing on the trail.`

**Adoption visits are by appointment only** If you see an animal you`re interested in, fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website https://everettwa.gov/161/Adopt-a-PetStormy is a young dog who can be shy at first. She`s looking for a dog savvy home that help her build her confidence through training and socialization. For now she would do best in a home with children 10 years and old who can respect space when needed. Stormy weighs 43 pounds.Stormy went out on a Wandering Rover adventure, they said the following: Stormy did great in the car, she was probably calmest in the car. She is very ball driven but also very patient. When she feels like she has patiently waited long enough she does a high pitched whine. She did not bark otherwise, not at other dogs or people. She’s got an adorable radar ears and a wagging tail at all times. With some leash training, Stormy would be a great walking or running partner. She definitely has lots of energy. We did discover she knows sit and shake and also seemed to respond to ‘wait’ as a command. Stormy also loves a good bone! We went for a short walk, played ball at home and just hung out.

Story
We rescued them as babies in the Arizona desert 2 years ago. They were around 6 weeks at the time so born middle of August 2022. They are a bonded pair and super sweet. I live in an apt which isn't fair to them. I have recently had a baby and have physical disabilities that make it unable to walk them. Earlier this month my apt flooded from the one above me and we have been couped up in a hotel room for weeks with longer to go. I already had two small dogs that are my autistic sons ESA's and I am looking for a new apartment to move to. I would love to keep them if I could but I just can't. They are want to please. They are good about letting you know when they need to go out and will also use potty pads indoors. It is imperative that they get room to run in a safe environment with a person or family that can give them the love they deserve. DD spooks easily. Rascal is more confident.

Story
Tommy is a cute and cuddly little boy with an eternally cute face. He was found on the streets with a tumor about 5.5" in diameter in his belly. He lasted a year in treatment with chemotherapy and medication and needed surgery to remove the remaining encapsulated mass. In addition to needing special food to break up a stone bladder, he has ultrasounds to make sure he don't get sediment in his bladder every three months. He is currently a healthy, happy, loving and tender dog. He is very loyal and protective, intelligent and playful. He don't get along well with alpha male dogs, but plays well with puppies and females. He is sociable with children and adults. Tommy is a Border collie mix, and is smaller than a Border collie. When you talk to him he makes a cute and cuddly face, ducks his head and rolls his eyes upwards, I think he knows he is cute and takes advantage of that. Tommy is a dog to spoil, to cuddle and to give him lots of love, since his first family didn't give him all he deserved. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash.

Story
Meet Nico! This big, strong boy is the sweetest and gentlest dog you will ever meet. High energy and eager to play, he gets along well with dogs and loves to jump and run with them. He loves food and walks (Well, he loves to take you for a run, haha!) And when he sees you, he gets excited and dances with his front paws. His chubby and hairy appearance makes him so cute, with all the personality of a golden retriever/Labrador, loyal but too clumsy and curious, extroverted and with an insatiable desire to smell everything. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date.
