Hershey has some training under his belt but needs more. He is high energy and looking for a job. This guy is not a couch potato! He is true to his breed and needs an experienced home. Tommy is a cute and cuddly little boy with an eternally cute face. He was found on the streets with a tumor about 5.5" in diameter in his belly. He lasted a year in treatment with chemotherapy and medication and needed surgery to remove the remaining encapsulated mass. In addition to needing special food to break up a stone bladder, he has ultrasounds to make sure he don't get sediment in his bladder every three months. He is currently a healthy, happy, loving and tender dog. He is very loyal and protective, intelligent and playful. He don't get along well with alpha male dogs, but plays well with puppies and females. He is sociable with children and adults. Tommy is a Border collie mix, and is smaller than a Border collie. When you talk to him he makes a cute and cuddly face, ducks his head and rolls his eyes upwards, I think he knows he is cute and takes advantage of that. Tommy is a dog to spoil, to cuddle and to give him lots of love, since his first family didn't give him all he deserved. We are looking to rehome our sweet 10-month-old female cattle dog / Min Pin mix. Shes a 35-pound bundle of energy with a loving, eager-to-please personality, but we realized that our home and lifestyle are not the best fit for her. Shes up-to-date on all vaccinations, has been spayed, and is in excellent health. Her high energy and need for regular exercise and mental stimulation would make her happiest. Personality and Behavior: Extremely friendly and loves to cuddle, get attention, and have her ears scratched. Eager to learn, Loves to play fetch.She stays close to her people and responds quickly when called. However, shes not the best fit for homes with small children. She has a herding instinct and has nipped at our four-year-old (never leaving a mark) while trying tomove him. This is a common trait for cattle dogs and is not aggressive behavior, but its something to consider if you have little ones.
