Hi! My name is Raine and I am 1 year and 5 month old Australian Shepard/Border Collie/Pitbull mix. I am a very playful girl who will make you laugh with my silly personality, and my howls! I am shy at first, but once you gain my trust I am extremely loving and cuddly. I am also very loyal, I will follow you wherever you go! I don’t do well with other dogs right away, I need someone who will take the time to let me warm up to other dogs by going on pack walks. I have been able to make other dog friends by doing this! I will do best in a home with no other animals. I LOVE to go on adventures, especially paddle boarding and hiking. On-leash days in Millcreek canyon are my favorite because I’m able to enjoy the outdoors without other dogs getting in my space! I also love the snow, I could roll and play in it all day long! I am spayed, up-to-date on my vaccinations, crate-trained and potty trained.

He likely came in as a stray at the previous shelter, so we don't know his past, but his future looks bright with you! He spent a couple of weeks in a foster home and they had this to say: "Meet Tundra, a sweet and sensitive soul who blossoms with a little patience and love. While he may be shy and timid at first, once he gets to know you, he transforms into a joyful wiggle worm, eager for affection and companionship. Tundra is a 2-year-old medium-sized Border Collie mix with energy to spare and a heart full of love. He’s incredibly smart and thrives on attention, often nudging you for pets and never saying no to affection. He’s a social pup who enjoys making new friends, both human and canine, and is always up for an adventure. Tundra has a strong prey drive—he’s shown interest in chasing ducks, so he’s not suitable for homes with chickens. He has no known experience with cats, so we’re unsure how he would behave around them. As for kids, Tundra’s gentle and friendly demeanor suggests he could be a great match for a home with children, though supervision is always recommended. He gets along well with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine companion in his new home. Though Tundra loves exploring, he can be a bit nervous around poles when on a leash. I get along great with the dogs in my foster house, and I am great with kids. (Sorry, I don't like cats though.) I prefer not to bark (even when others are) as I am too well-mannered, but I have a wonderful deep bark if needed. I already know how to use a doggy door and am completely trained to do my business outside. Unlike some of my herding friends, I'm not hyperactive. I do need room and time to exercise (wait till you see how good I am on a leash!) but I also enjoy a nice nap at your side. I might nudge you with my nose if I feel you're ignoring me, but you'll think it's super cute. But once he knows you are safe, he will be yours forever. Misio likes to be near people but isnt overly cuddly, he is content to be in his own space near you. He'd do best in a home with adults only and no other animals. Misio is still very active and he would love to be your hiking, camping, or running companion! He has the best smile and is an absolutely delightful companion and the best work-from-home buddy. River will snooze at your feet during meetings, waking up occasionally to place his paw on your leg to check in.
