Story
Meet Kage, the ultimate good boy who's just so darn cute! This gentleman is a pro at house living, fully potty trained, and a master at walking on a leash and harness. He's a social butterfly, getting along famously with other dogs and loving those backyard playdates with his pals. Kage is a stunning mix of Lab and Border Collie, the perfect blend of intelligence and family-friendliness. He's just the right size, like a mini Lab or a slightly larger Border Collie. When you find two fantastic things that go together like peanut butter and jelly, you celebrate! Kage is that winning combo, and now you can celebrate by making him a cherished member of your family. His temperament is pure gold - sweet as honey with everyone he meets. Now, here's the scoop: Kage is a special needs pup, and he's looking for someone who can be with him about 90 percent of the time. Storms, rain, and loud noises send him into severe panic attacks, and he's been known to chew through walls when anxiety strikes. Crates aren't his jam because of past storm-related trauma. He's also dealing with seizures, so he's on medication for that. Kage would thrive in a local adoption, and he's best as a single dog with no cats or small animals around. He's a wonderful companion for older kids, and he loves nothing more than cuddles and long walks. He's got the whole house training thing down too. His foster mom adores him and has prepared him for his forever family as best she can. Now, the ball is in your court. Remember, when you adopt Kage, you're not just bringing home a good boy; you're giving him the loving, understanding home he deserves. Don't shop, adopt, because Kage's life depends on it! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Nala is a 6 year old border collie mix. She is around 80 pounds. She is high energy and loving once she gets to know someone. She does suffer with anxiety and fear around strangers, so it may require a couple meetings before she is fully comfortable. She has had an injury to her CCL in her knee which has a since healed, but she has been a little slowed down by this. My best hope for her is she finds a loving and understanding home where she can live out the rest of her days peacefully. I am looking to transition her to a new home in late May 2025. We can arrange a couple meetings prior to then to get her acclimated and happy.

Story
Trixie came to us with a litter of puppies. All of her puppies were adopted. Trixie needs a home who could provide her with a lot of activities. She is a dog that needs to be kept engaged, ex: Agility classes, enrichment activites. She does have a small prey drive and can jump/climb any height of fencing. She is a very smart dog and would not do well in a home left long hours by herself. Would prefer a border collie experienced home.

Story
Hi! I`m Bran, I'm a  9 week old male border collie mix! I came here from Kentucky with my ten brother and sisters! I'm currently being foster with six of my siblings and it's great! We play all day long and when we get tired we love to cuddle with each other! Although we do everything together, we all have our own unique personalities! My foster parents say I`m the spunky pup of the group! I love to be silly and jump around. My foster folks call it my happy dance! I get along with other dogs big or  small and even kids!  Do you think I`m the right fit for you? ##2268195##

My foster parents laugh at me because I try to escape my pen just to be with them ! I`m going to be a great companion! I love to go wherever you go. Some may say I'm a shadow.
