Meet Charlie Barkley.  He is a sweet, playful awesome dog who is very easy to love.  He walks on a leash but needs additional training as he pulls.  He knows some basic commands but does need a bit more training.  Charlie is a 1 to 1 1/2 year old neutered male who weighs approximately 52 lbs.  He was originally adopted by a family that decided they no longer wanted him so they dumped him in a south Nashville neighborhood.  Charlie was found by a nice family that took him but cannot keep him because they have older cats.  They would love to add him to their family but it just win't work out.  He's been vet checked,  is current on his vaccines and is in excellent health.  Charlie is full of puppy energy and ready to play ball with the children.  He needs a younger active and energetic family who can  give him the exercise and play that he needs.  A fecned in yard is a MUST for Charlie.  When not playing, by the way ball is his favorite game, he loves to snuggle and get belly rubs. She’s a social butterfly who loves children, adores cuddles, and thrives in the company of other dogs and even cats.This intelligent girl enjoys playing ball and is incredibly responsive to commands. She knows how to sit, stay, come, and heel, and she excels on a leash with the guidance of a strong leader—walking right at your side when told to 'heel.' True to her Border Collie nature, Jolene is a quick learner who seems to understand what you’re thinking before you even say it! While Jolene was house-trained as a puppy, she’s spent most of her recent time outdoors on a farm. He has been in foster care since he was a few weeks old and unfortunately, he was left kennel by himself until now. I brought him to my house to socialize him and he’s in a pen with two other pups. He does great with people and dogs. He does not bark at night, which is a very pleasant surprise. He has a bright and bubbly personality. Barney is about 30 lbs. Barney will make a wonderful house pup. He is house trained and has no issues at all. Barney is currently in foster care with Ozark Homeward Bound animal rescue in Harrison Arkansas. Do not let distance be a deterrent. There is a Facebook page where you can see videos of him to get to know him.
