Story
Raven was adopted from us a few months ago and recently brought back due to issues in the home. Raven would benefit from one on one training. She is a young girl who LOVES attention and loves to give it. Raven is a young girl who needs some manners training and needs to be taught what to do with all of that collie energy. She has so much potential she just needs to know how to use it.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hello there!  My name is Helene, and I'm so thrilled you stopped by to read about me. I'm sure you couldn't help but notice my stunning looks and sweet face. I was born on the 4th of July in 2024, but unlike the fireworks, I’m all about calm and gentle vibes. I have a heart full of love and a super sweet demeanor, making me the perfect companion for anyone looking for an adoring family dog. I'm quite smart, and my rescuers think I’ll grow to be around 30 pounds—just the right size for cozy cuddles and fun adventures.   As a border collie mix, I am active and would love someone who can commit to giving me regular exercise and playtime. I’m still a pup, learning and exploring the world, and I promise to be your best student. Together, we can go on walks, have exciting adventures, and make beautiful memories—just you and me.    If you’re ready to add a loving, loyal friend to your life, look no further! I’m here, eager to find my forever home. Wanna give me a chance to be your very own furry family member?  When applying to adopt through ODAAT, please know that we take pride in placing our animals appropriately based on their needs and personality. We want the best family for them and the perfect fit for your family. We look at each and every application that comes into our rescue in attempts to make the perfect match! This process takes time and we do not adopt out on a "first come first served" basis. Applications are found on our website www.onedogatatime.us.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 18, 2025, 9:06 pm

PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.1/29/25 We have a problem! Lucy Luna graduates from Paws in Prison this coming week and doesn’t have a place to go. Please help us fix this problem! She will be fully trained and able to pass the Canine Good Citizen test upon graduating. She is doing well with her training! She is about a year old, energetic, fun loving, easy to train girl. Great with kids as well as other dogs. Not a good candidate with cats- she plays too rough. Came to us when owners could no longer keep her due to allergies in the home. She is everything you could want- friendly, excellent with kids, loves to play with other dogs, house trained, crate trained, loving, playful, great car rider, fully vetted, about 40 lbs. There is nothing but good things to say about this beautiful girl. And those eyes! The only thing better than her beautiful eyes is those spectacular ears! Don't miss out on this little gem! She checks all the boxes! We do not know her breed, maybe Border Collie mix? She is spayed, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. PLEASE SHARE! Located in Arkansas, but transport is available. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them at one of the following times/locations. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.Meet Mocha! She is about 11.5 weeks old (estimated DOB 11/10/2024). She currently weighs about 15-16 pounds. She is an adorable pup! She is sweet and smart. Without any prior training, she already seemed to know sit and to go to the door when she needs to go out. Obviously this is a work in progress but it tells us she’s a smart girl! Given she is so smart, she’s going to need to be kept busy, physically and mentally, when she grows up. She is great with other dogs and cats. Hasn’t been around kids, but she’s friendly and is just a baby, so we expect her to be just fine with kids. Her mom is a mixed breed, maybe Lab/Shepherd mix? Mocha appears to have Border Collie mixed in but is most likely very mixed. Her mom is about 40 pounds. We do not know who/what dad was. She is up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, spayed, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
