Story
Ono is a very good boy, he has a typical border collie personality which has caused some issues in his current home. He is a runner and nearly impossible to catch once he gets out. We are an older couple and no matter what we try we can’t seem to stop the running, we also are not allowed to put a fence in where we live, and this has caused some neighbors to threaten potentially harming Ono and we are scared for him. He was found as a stray at a construction site when he was just a small puppy and has been with us since. We are terribly heartbroken to have to get rid of him but he needs a home with an active family and a yard he can run in. He is not aggressive to cats or small animals, but will chase them. He does well with preschool aged children and older but has never been around smaller children

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Update 3.8.2014 Buddy is now 2 years old and will be a work in progress. Buddy needs an experienced dog person, he cn not be allowed off leash EVER, he needs someone willing to get him out ofhis shell.  Posted 1/14/13 Buddy was in a very bad situation, born in a barn and not socialized or fed on a regualar basis.  He is very shy and with a little work can become a wonderful companion,.  He is about 10 months old and weighs 38lbs so he will be a meduim sized dog.  He is slowly getting used to being in a house since it is all foreign to him.  He is much more comfortable outside and PLAYS like a champ! This dog does need a fenced yard!!   His adoption fee is $200, BUT remember he needs a little work to be your BEST BUDDY!!  All the dogs are Spayed or Neutered, Heartworm/Lyme tested, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas and overall Vet checked. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee along with an adoption kit . Application REQUIRED. We take the applications in the order that we receive them. Adoption fee required.
