Story
Due to living situation, I am looking to rehome my ten year old Border Collie mix. She’s very happy and energetic for her age. she would do well with a family and large yard. He loves being around people. She’s fully vaccinated and spayed. No rehoming fee. I’ll provide his bags of food, toys, collars and leashes, hygiene products, etc. If you’re interested we can set up a meeting. I would like to confirm it would be a good fit. Molly knows her name, and the sit and down commands. Molly is gentle. Vet records are available. Can walk on a leash, but will pull when she sees other dogs. Contact: 614-579-0040

Story
My name is Jaxon! Im a 50 pound 10 months old Border Collie/Pitty mix. I was surrendered to the vet clinic because my left leg was run over by a car and injured when I was a 3 months old puppy. The kind veterinarian was able to reconstruct my leg. I have a limp and a large scar but I am still able to run and play like a normal dog. I can use my repaired leg to jump on and off the couch and the bed. I love to run up and down the stairs and to chase balls. Tennis balls are my favorite! I love to go on walks and to sit outside in the grass. I am a playful puppy who loves all toys, especially chew toys. I am crate trained and house broken. I love to meet other dogs. I will chase cats, squirrels, or bunnies . I am a very sweet and loving dog. In the evening, I love to sit on the couch to watch TV and to snuggle with my people. I sleep by myself in the kitchen and I do not make a peep until it's time to get up. I am not a barker. I love cuddles, belly rubs and sunbathing. I hope you like to play ball, because Im learning to play fetch. Im quite good at catching the ball. I do not love car rides but I ride well in my crate without barking.Jaxon would love a family with a fenced yard so that he can stay outside and lay in the sun as much as he wants. Jaxon would be best in a family with children 8 years old or older. He is a goofy boy and is still learning not to jump on people to greet them. He is such a handsome boy and will make a wonderful companion! You can apply to meet me at ricopetrecovery.org!

Story
THIS GUY! Wow! He has come a LONG away since he's been in our care. He was scheduled for euthanasia simply because they were out of room. He and his brother Happy. So a Good Samaritan pulled them both and spared them from certain death. They have been amazing, becoming very social because they have been attending doggy daycare everyday and receiving hands in one on one professional training! Captain is approx 7-8 months old. He's shy at first around new things but warms up quickly. He is kennel trained and house trained and it goes without saying he's dog friendly since he attends doggy daycare! He's super easy to get along with just needs a patient family because he is a bit shy at first around new things. He's with Kip and Michele in their home in Memphis, Tn. Once an application has been submitted and approved Kip, who has been working with Captain one on one for several months, will speak to you and tell you all about him. Transport cost is an additional $185. If you would like to make Captain a part of your family Please follow the link below to our adoption application . https://forms.gle/APKvbgFJcaRvgKgk9

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Introducing Axton! This sweet boy was one of the brightest kids in The DASH Prison Training Program where he brushed up on his house manners before he went to his current foster home. His foster mom said he's such a cuddle bug! In the program, he did well learning to walk on a leash and did not complain about being in his crate but would much rather be out snuggling with his people. He worked on "sit, down, stay, wait, & leave it." (Of course, continued work on these commands will keep him perfect)!  His handler said he is very intelligent, attentive, affectionate, and has become comfortable enough to snore in his sleep. Axton is a social boy, who seems to love all people, as well as other dogs! Axton also likes his toys and playing in water. He is energetic at play time but also loves when it's time to chill out. Axton did so well and consistent with practicing his basic commands, he moved on to tricks - He was learning to speak! He is ready for his new family. He's got his tuxedo on ready for his big day when he gets adopted. Let's not disappoint this good boy.  * Note: Axton is part of our Foster to Adopt program.
