Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Cornelius a.k.a. Buddy is 1 year-old and 65lbs of fluffy love! Buddy is the perfect name for him because he is very sweet and snuggly and loves attention- especially belly rubs. He loves every human he meets and is good with female dogs. He is very submissive but will need to be introduced slowly to male dogs. He is playful with males that are smaller than him. He loves to play with his female canine foster siblings, and would definitely appreciate another dog in the house.   Buddy can get pretty attached to his person, so just watch your feet when you are cooking! He is getting more and more independent at home He is, about 80% of the time, just laying around. He's generally a pretty lazy little man.   Buddy is house broken, crate trained, and does especially well with a good chew, like antlers or yak cheese. He has come a long way and can sit and shake and we are working on perfecting his recall.   He has been trained out of jumping, but he does still paw for attention a bit. He loves to snuggle with the 7yo and 5yo tiny humans in his foster home, but can be shy about anyone running up to him. Respectful kids are appreciated for him! He enjoys walks around the neighborhood and is respectful of passersby. He's also gone on short runs with his foster dad, but he's definitely a lazy boy that would rather be snuggling. He is learning everyday what the good life is all about but he will need patience as he adjust to a loving life, he's just a bit shy at first. When this guy trusts you, you will see he is really just a kind, loving, big, bumbling Buddy Boy. Story
Name / Breed / Age: Alice, Border Collie mix, Puppy Personality Traits: The Gentle Pup, Snuggly, Loveable Likes / Dislikes: Loves toys. No major dislikes yet. Health and behavior history:  Up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and will be spayed prior to adoption. Clean bill of health from the PIPs Vet! Meet Alice – The Gentle, Loving Little Companion ! At the age of 10 months old, Alice has already mothered a litter of puppies. This pup became a teen mom and had to grow up too fast. Until PIPs stepped in. Now Alice is enjoying life as a young puppy should.  With her foster family, Alice immediately became pals with the resident dog and they spend their afternoons lazing in the sunshine. (Alice is dog friendly!). She likes to stash her favorite toys in her crate. (Alice is crate trained!) As the foster family arrives home from school, Alice calmly greets them at the door, nudging quietly for a pet. (Alice is kid friendly!) Apparently the idea of treats is new for her and she likes to judge her treat options. But she's catching on and loves treats in her bed. (Alice is finger friendly. AKA: the most gentle dog EVER when taking a treat from you.) This teenage canine loves to snooze around, stretching out for naps in your lap or across the couch. (Alice is nap friendly.) She knows how to potty outside, sleep through the night and walk on a leash right by your side. (Alice is pure puppy perfection.) Whatever her past may have included, Alice is one of the best all-around and is ready to start fresh with her new forever family. Her foster mom assures you that whoever adopts Alice will be such an incredibly lucky family - Alice is just that amazing. ##2310140##

Story
Meet Oakley! Oakley is a sweet, playful, and intelligent pup who is currently living with his foster family, including a toy poodle and his sister, Midnight. He gets along wonderfully with both of them and loves to play, but also enjoys his quiet naps in his cozy bed. This big, fluffy boy is learning fast! He’s food-motivated and has already mastered “sit.” He patiently waits for his treats and is eager to keep learning. Oakley has shown great progress with potty training—he’s been using puppy pads outside of his crate and going potty in the backyard. While he has had a few accidents overnight, he’s doing great during the day, staying dry in his crate for short periods while his foster family is out. Oakley sleeps in his crate at night and does well in there, making it a safe and comfy space for him. His activity level is moderate—he loves his playtime but is equally content lounging around for a nap. Oakley eats his meals in his crate to avoid food conflicts with the other dogs, as he can get a little protective of his food, but he's overall friendly and easygoing. As a larger, fluffier breed, Oakley will require space to run and play, and potential adopters should be prepared for some shedding and grooming needs. He would thrive best in a home with a yard where he can get plenty of exercise and enjoy his playful nature. If you’re looking for a lovable, intelligent, and playful puppy with the perfect balance of energy and relaxation, Oakley might be your guy!

Story
Theo is a 10 year old Australian Shepard mini we think. He is a protector. He loves to cuddle and go on walks. Apartment life was not for him. We are looking for a good home with a yard he can play around in. He is very cautious with strangers at first and will bark but once he gets to know you he is a cuddler. We are seeking an experienced dog owner.

Story
We got Mikasa as a puppy from a breeder, she just turned 4 years old. When we got her, we had one older child but then had a newborn a little over a year after bringing her home. She is one of the sweetest dogs I’ve ever been around, but has a LOT of energy. We couldn’t keep her inside anymore because of the baby. We have a very small backyard and Mikasa quickly outgrew it. She needs a larger space to roam and run! We have another Aussie older than her (they get along great) who is experiencing some arthritis issues and needs to be inside more. We don’t think it’s fair to them both to have one in and one out. This isn’t something we want to do but we do need to…it will be a very sad day for our family when and if she leaves, but we’ll be happy knowing she’s going to go to another loving family.
