MEET ABBIE💕 Abbie was on her last days at the shelter when PAWS Rescue found a foster and took her under their care. This beautiful girl is a border collie mix and on the smaller side, under 45lbs., though she has the heart of a lion. She is approximately 2 years of age. Abbie thinks it’s her job to protect her person. She’s on constant alert for anything that could potentially hurt her person. Abbie is hoping to find a family where she can put her special skills to work in protecting her person(s) from any falling leaves or squirrels. Abbie is selective on furry friends and needs extra time to learn new dogs can be friends. She loves jumping and would excel in agility or as a running partner. Meet Oreo Cheesecake! she is currently 7 weeks old, and we think she may be a Border Collie / Labrador Retriever mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! He is a sweet and playful Border collie Heeler mix pup, who is currently living with a little Frenchie that is teaching him the doggy ropes. He is timid and a bit afraid which he expresses with barking when he first meets strangers but warms up quickly with a treat. He is housebroken and knows how to use a doggy door. MEET TONNIE Meet our special needs girl, Tonnie. ❤️ Tonnie is a 8 month old, Australian Kelpie mix that is funny, silly, and a perfect puppy who happens to be blind. She would love to play all day long if you let her, and she has endless fun with her foster siblings, including cats. One of her favorite activities is feeling the dirt between her toes, which means she would love a sandbox of her very own for digging purposes. We are working on her puppy tendencies, and while she may playfully run away when scolded, it's hard to stay upset at her when everything is a game. She might have a little vision in the corner of one eye, but at night, she’s completely blind. Tonnie needs someone who understands her and has patience. She is still a bit afraid of new people and noises but is slowly calming down. She is kennel trained but doesn’t like to feel cornered when approached by strangers, which is understandable. Tonnie is the happiest dog I’ve ever fostered! Her constant silliness and happy-go-lucky attitude are always making me laugh and shake my head in amusement. We could all learn a bit from blind dogs.

We got tater in a store parking lot. She’s 1 and is very cuddly to those she gets close to. She is a loyal dog. We are looking for someone who either lives on their own or has older children who are respectful to dogs and their space until she gets to know them. She doesn’t like the cold so she enjoys being inside cuddled up next to you. We want her to have training for good manners and to respect chosen commands. We’re really looking for a kind loving home for our sweet girl! She loves food games including puzzles.

My daughter and her boyfriend have this dog, Willy, but just found out they are going to have a baby in July. They also have a cat and another dog, and Willy is tolerable of them, but would rather they weren't there. He needs a place to run and exercise, honestly.
