Story
Domino is a very sweet, 50 pound energetic herding breed mutt that is about 6 years old. She loves people - adults and children, and she LOVES to run. One of her favorite things in the world is just cuddling up next to her favorite humans (which is anyone!), receiving love. She is great with basic training skills like sit, fetch, stay, leave it, and is good with recall. Domino also LOVES her crate - it is her safe space, and she does very well sleeping in it at night, or if she needs a break. She has never had any major issues with her health, aside from some issues with her teeth and minor bumps and bruises from romping around. While she is absolutely fantastic with people, she can be touch and go with other dogs. She was brought up extremely socialized with other dogs, but as she has gotten older, her behavior around other dogs has become less predictable. We have had issues between her and our other pets, and we feel like she may flourish to live her best life with another family.

Story
Kylo is a wonderful boy! He will be 5 years old in a few weeks and is very well trained and loved. He loves to play and is very food motivated. He knows a ton of tricks, sit, spin, lay down, high five, shake, roll over and is learning to sit pretty, he also knows to wait for his food until we release him. He is house trained, potty trained and crate trained. He loves new people and is great with other dogs and wonderful with our 1 year old daughter, he loves attention and is very affectionate. We absolutely adore him but don't have the time he needs and it breaks our hearts but we know that he deserves better as we are at work 9 to 10 hours a day. We would love him to have another dog to play with though im sure he would be wonderful on his own, or an active family. He loves hikes and is good off leash. A yard would be great but not needed, he is used to apartments. We've spent the last five years loving him and training him to be as wonderful as he is, we want him to be just as loved.

Story
Milo is the definition of resilient! He didn't get exposure to much during his first year of life, but since moving to Colorado 2 weeks ago, he has learned how to be an inside dog and walk on a leash! Once he knows you, he is happy to follow you around the house and keep you company. He is still new to leash walking, but he is doing great! He walks next to his foster siblings perfectly and will walk next to his foster mom if the other dogs are off leash. He has taken some hikes with his foster, and did great! We're sticking to less busy trails while he's still getting used to everything, but I'm sure he'll work up to busy trails soon!Milo hasn't shown any signs of resource guarding and is happy to share his space/toys/etc with the other dogs. His kennel is his safe space and he's happy to sleep there and hang out whenever his foster isn't home. He has never had an accident at his foster home and is fully potty trained. Milo is very quiet and his foster has never heard him bark. Milo currently lives with two dogs (10 years old and a 3 years old), and does great with both of them. He seems to read their energy and adjusts his actions accordingly. When one of the dogs wants to play, he's happy to play but when the other dogs want to be left alone, he doesn't bother them. He really watches and learns from the other dogs in his foster home, so we're looking for a forever home that has at least one other dog. He doesn't need a ton of exercise each day but would love to join you for whatever plans you have! He's made a lot of progress but he's still a little quirky, so we're looking for the right fit that will help him blossom even more and love him for his quirks. He hasn't shown any signs of aggression (even when he's pushed) but he will shy away from touch from even people he knows unless he's laying down. Milo will lay next to people he knows, but it should be on his terms. He happily sandwiches himself between any of the people and dogs on the couch in his foster home! He would be happiest in a calmer house without small kids because they would probably overwhelm him. If you and your dog(s) have the patience to help Milo continue to learn all about how fun life as a pet can be, it will be so rewarding! ##2251561##

Story
Maisie is a petite young pup who loves more than anything to play tug of war with big dogs! She is an adventurous love-bug who likes to know as much as she can about everything. She is extremely intelligent and loving, and we do not think she will be too big at all, as it appears she has some smaller terrier in her. That terrier also allows for energy and enthusiasm with everything that she does! She adores children and other dogs and sleeps through the night with her sister. She is going to be an incredible addition to any family ready for an enthusiastic, energetic little girl!

Story
Although my heart breaks to post this, our situation is in flux due to ongoing health issues within our family, and we have to find a loving home for our 22 lb pup, Juniper. She is the sweetest, most docile 3yr old dog. She has lived with kids (6yrs+) and a cat, but hasn’t been around other dogs since she was a puppy, so I can’t speak to how she would be with other dogs. We adopted her at 4 months and she was a part of a large litter that was in a kill shelter in OK. She had parvo early on (prior to us adopting her), but survived it and has no health concerns! She is spayed, microchipped, and UTD on vaccines. She’s very quiet, submissive, and only barks when someone new comes to the door. Great listener and knows a lot of commands. She’s crate trained and super smart! She absolutely melts when being pet. She loves cuddles, walks, and car rides! Everyone adores this sweet girl! We are dedicated to finding the perfect fit for her. She is very loved.

Story
Hero is the hero we all need! Hero has come such a long way since entering his foster home.  He was very scared and unsure at first, but with some encouragement he has gained a lot of confidence. He is unsure with new people but warms up pretty well and is sure to be your velcro dog once he trusts you. He is a big lover like a teddy bear, he loves to cuddle.  Hero does great walking on a leash and loves to learn new things. He knows how to sit, stay and some oter basic commands, he is a smart boy! Hero is potty trained and crate trained! I have 2 small dogs of my own and he has gotten along with them well, he likes to tease them to get them to play with him and they chase eachother around. He loves to play with toys, tug-o-war is his favorite. He sleeps in his kennel at night like a little angel. Hero is the best boy!   ##1981545##

Story
Hi there! I'm Blossom, a lively and petite pup with lots of energy to share. I absolutely love meeting new people, especially kids, and I'm always ready for a friendly pet or cuddle. I'm still mastering potty training, but I'm a quick learner, especially with frequent breaks. I enjoy spending time in my crate, especially with a chew toy to keep me busy. If I get bored, I might whine a bit, but it doesn't last long. I'm still getting used to other dogs and cats. My foster family includes two older dogs (ages 10 and 16) and a cat named Jack. I generally enjoy their company, but sometimes I get a bit feisty with toys or when they get attention. Luckily, my foster parent is great at helping me learn good behavior. I'm looking forward to finding my forever home where I can have a best friend to play and roll around with. Could that be you? ##2123228##

Story
Please allow me to introduce you to Cricket, a sweet bundle of energy in a little blue heeler body. She loves to play with toys, especially balls and the laser pointer. When you give her toys and treats, she will toss them and chase them. She also plays outside with my bigger dogs, running around the yard and chasing. Once she's played enough or gotten walks to expel her energy, she will lay at your feet or snuggle up next to you to recharge.Cricket already knows sit, shake, and she usually comes when called (although she does not yet know her name). While Cricket does not love her crate, she will go inside to eat and sleep. She may complain at bedtime, but she settles down pretty quickly. I am teaching her that the crate is a good and safe space. She has had no accidents in her crate. She goes to the door to be let out, and she absolutely loves being outside. Come meet this sweet girl on Saturday at Petco Denver, 4100 E Mexico Ave. She could be your family's newest member! ##2221294##
