Story
Domino is a very sweet, 50 pound energetic herding breed mutt that is about 6 years old. She loves people - adults and children, and she LOVES to run. One of her favorite things in the world is just cuddling up next to her favorite humans (which is anyone!), receiving love. She is great with basic training skills like sit, fetch, stay, leave it, and is good with recall. Domino also LOVES her crate - it is her safe space, and she does very well sleeping in it at night, or if she needs a break. She has never had any major issues with her health, aside from some issues with her teeth and minor bumps and bruises from romping around. While she is absolutely fantastic with people, she can be touch and go with other dogs. She was brought up extremely socialized with other dogs, but as she has gotten older, her behavior around other dogs has become less predictable. We have had issues between her and our other pets, and we feel like she may flourish to live her best life with another family.

Story
Mickey was acquired from Lifeline in Brighton. He is a wonderful boy who gets a little anxious but does well with a lot of attention. He also has a lot of energy and needs a yard or frequent walks. He does well with other dogs and cats but would be fine as a single pet. He is my daughter’s dog and she moved into her own apartment for school and it is just too small for him so he needs a better home that can give more room and attention.

Story
Are you looking to adopt a dog, but can't decide what breed?  May we suggest Malti, the multi-breed specimen? Border Collie?  Probably.  Heeler?  Maybe.  Irish Wolfhound?  Sure.  Xoloitzcuintli (look it up, it's a thing).  Why not...... Black dog?  White dog?  How about both?  Are you worried your new best friend is going to clear the coffee table with their tail?  Not a problem, as Malti doesn't really have one (which results in full "body wags" when he's happy). How about eye color?  Blue?  Brown?  Lucky for you, Malti has one of each.  Let's be honest, what more could you possibly ask for?  People and dog friendly?  Check!  Sleeps quietly in his crate or can share your bed without keeping you awake? You betcha! Better fill out a no-obligation adoption application fast before another "undecided" adopter beats you to it. Malti has been neutered, is up-to-date on his shots, microchipped and fostered in Colorado Springs.  ##2141047##

Story
Tootsie is an introverted queen, she is selective about the people that she truly relaxes around - but once you're in, you're in. You'll know when this happens when she starts cuddling up next to you on the couch as you watch your favorite show. She can be nervous, especially with trying new things, so being patient and working to build up her confidence is a must! When she's comfortable with someone, she is down to chill in the grass, go for a walk, play with her toys (or friends), or take naps on the couch.Tootsie is fully potty trained and is good with going into her crate. This could be overnight, when you're out running errands, or if you need a moment to vacuum the carpet and just need some space. She does really well with scent work and LOVES playing hide and seek with her treats. Also, don't worry about breaking down your Amazon boxes - Tootsie will do this for you. Cardboard boxes have quickly become a favorite "toy" of hers.Tootsie would do well either as a solo dog with the opportunity to socialize frequently, or as a nice addition to an established pack! ##1981525##

Story
Hero is the hero we all need! Hero has come such a long way since entering his foster home.  He was very scared and unsure at first, but with some encouragement he has gained a lot of confidence. He is unsure with new people but warms up pretty well and is sure to be your velcro dog once he trusts you. He is a big lover like a teddy bear, he loves to cuddle.  Hero does great walking on a leash and loves to learn new things. He knows how to sit, stay and some oter basic commands, he is a smart boy! Hero is potty trained and crate trained! I have 2 small dogs of my own and he has gotten along with them well, he likes to tease them to get them to play with him and they chase eachother around. He loves to play with toys, tug-o-war is his favorite. He sleeps in his kennel at night like a little angel. Hero is the best boy!   ##1981545##

Story
Hi there! I'm Blossom, a lively and petite pup with lots of energy to share. I absolutely love meeting new people, especially kids, and I'm always ready for a friendly pet or cuddle. I'm still mastering potty training, but I'm a quick learner, especially with frequent breaks. I enjoy spending time in my crate, especially with a chew toy to keep me busy. If I get bored, I might whine a bit, but it doesn't last long. I'm still getting used to other dogs and cats. My foster family includes two older dogs (ages 10 and 16) and a cat named Jack. I generally enjoy their company, but sometimes I get a bit feisty with toys or when they get attention. Luckily, my foster parent is great at helping me learn good behavior. I'm looking forward to finding my forever home where I can have a best friend to play and roll around with. Could that be you? ##2123228##
