Obi is a 5.5-year-old Border Collie Shepherd mix. He is up to date on vaccinations and neutered. He is kid and cat-friendly. He is kennel-trained. He would love a home where he is the only dog and he has a yard! Obi can be difficult on the leash which is why a yard would suit him best. He’s been through a lot over the years before we brought him into our family and he takes a bit of time to adjust but comes out of his shell wonderfully and loves to give all the kisses! Panda would thrive in a home with another active dog and work from home pawrents. Extremely smart. Needs stimulation. House trained & uses dog door. Current on all vaccinations. Completed a one month board and train with the Colorado Dept of Corrections which allows owners weekly maintenance classes free of charge! Panda and his pitbull friend found themselves abandoned on the streets of San Antonio, Texas. They were trying to take shelter from the brutal 100 degree summers underneath cars in an apartment complex. Instead of being shown compassion, one of the residents were threatening to end their lives! We found ourselves in a unfortunate position, after hearing how little the community was helping. A member of our foster program in Texas stepped up to help. He knows basic commands and LOVES toys! Even though he was born in Texas he is a Colorado dog at heart!
