Story
Solly is a 6-month-old male Black Mouth Cur mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This handsome boy was found in a ditch in Louisiana alongside his four littermates. One by one, all of his siblings found their forever homes—leaving Solly as the last one still waiting. Because of that, we brought him up here to give him a fresh start and a better chance at finding the loving family he deserves. Solly is a beautiful pup and, in almost every way, your typical happy, playful puppy. He loves to run around the yard with other dogs, wrestle with anyone willing to play, and chase toys until he’s completely worn out. He’s a bit clumsy when he gets excited, which honestly just makes him even more charming and endearing to watch. Solly does have a condition called rickets, which is caused by a nutritional deficiency that can affect bone development. The good news is that it was caught early, and because he’s still so young, his prognosis is fantastic. With proper nutrition and enough vitamin D, he’s expected to live a completely normal, happy life. And if you watch him play, you’d never know anything was different—he doesn’t let it slow him down one bit! When he’s not busy roughhousing with his dog friends, Solly has a sweet, affectionate side. He absolutely loves people and greets everyone with a wagging tail and a happy bounce. Once playtime is over, he’s more than content to curl up beside you on the couch or nap at your feet. Solly gets along well with other dogs, cats, and kids, making him a great addition to many types of homes. Thanks to his wonderful foster mom, he is both crate-trained and potty-trained already! Solly is looking for a family that understands his condition and is willing to continue giving him the proper care he needs. In return, you’ll get the happiest, goofiest companion you could ask for—one who will fill your days with laughter, smiles, and plenty of puppy love. If you’re ready for a playful, affectionate pup with a resilient spirit and a heart full of joy, Solly might just be the perfect addition to your family.

Story
Kenai is a high-energy puppy with a heart full of love and a playful spirit that’s impossible to resist. He can be a little shy when he first meets new people, but once he warms up, he’s all in—loyal, affectionate, and eager to be your best friend. He absolutely loves being outside and would thrive with an active person or family who enjoys spending time in nature. Whether it's a romp in the yard or a hike through the woods, Kenai is always ready for the next adventure. Like many pups his age, Kenai is still learning his manners and would benefit from some consistent training. But at his core, he’s just a big baby who wants to love and be loved. Kenai is neutered, up to date on all his vaccinations, heartworm tested, and microchipped. He’s healthy, sweet, and ready to find his forever home. If you’ve got the time, energy, and heart for a young pup who will adore you endlessly, Kenai is waiting to meet you.
