Story
Shong is a sweet and adorable 5-year-old male Bichon Poodle mix, weighing about 6 kg (13 lbs) with a small and compact frame. His charming looks and affectionate personality make him the perfect companion for anyone seeking a loving, playful dog. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, Shong’s previous owner was unable to care for him any longer, and he was surrendered to a shelter. Now, Shong is ready for a fresh start and is looking for a new family to love him. Through his time in training, Shong has shown great adaptability, though he may still miss his previous owner from time to time. However, Shong is a people-loving dog, and he thrives on human interaction. He enjoys giving and receiving affection and often shows his playful side with sweet, endearing gestures. While he bonds closely with his humans, he is not as interested in other dogs, preferring quality time with his family. Despite being 5 years old, Shong still has a playful, curious nature. He occasionally gets into mischief, like tearing up tissues or playing around when left alone—this is simply his youthful, energetic side coming out. While there are no major behavioral issues, it's important to keep an eye on him, especially when adjusting to a new environment, as he may express his excitement or curiosity in different ways. Since Shong is a male, he might mark in new places, so it’s recommended to use a belly band to help him adjust to his surroundings. Shong is mostly pad-trained but may have occasional accidents in unfamiliar places. Fortunately, he loves walks, so with regular outdoor potty breaks, he can be trained to consistently go outside. Walks are an excellent opportunity for him to bond with his family, and he enjoys meeting other dogs, which helps him develop his social skills further. When it comes to noise, Shong will occasionally bark, but he quickly responds to commands like "stop" and will immediately stop barking and come to his owner. This shows that he respects his humans and values the connection with them, a wonderful trait for building a strong bond. Shong is currently on a chicken-based diet, but considering his tear stains and past ear issues, allergy-friendly food would be a better choice for his long-term health and well-being. Shong is now eagerly waiting for a new family who will give him the love and attention he deserves. Life with Shong will be filled with joy, affection, and plenty of happy moments. If you’re looking for a companion who will bring warmth and happiness into your home, Shong might just be the perfect fit for you!

Story
Meet Ttori, a 10-year-old Maltese with a pristine white coat weighing 3.4kg. This little gentleman is as charming as they come! Ttori loves people, greeting both familiar faces and strangers with enthusiasm, often rubbing against them and happily inviting gentle pets. While he hasn’t had the chance to meet children under 13, his sweet and gentle nature makes him a safe companion for kids. He’s so trusting that you can scoop him up with an arm under his belly, and once he feels comfortable, he’ll even roll over to show his tummy. When it comes to other dogs, Ttori is polite and curious, approaching them for a friendly hello, though he’s not interested in engaging in play. He mostly prefers to do his own thing and shows little interest in other dogs or even other animals, like cats or birds. His general demeanor is one of calm detachment. Ttori is a low-energy pup who enjoys relaxing and taking it easy. He spends most of his day napping, but during his awake and walking hours, he can get a bit busy exploring his surroundings. On walks, he’s a dream—following calmly and never pulling on the leash. At home, he rarely barks, making him a wonderfully quiet companion. While he’s comfortable using both indoor pee pads and going outdoors for potty breaks, he has a tendency to mark when in unfamiliar places. He does whine a bit when in a kennel but settles down quickly. While Ttori didn’t show any signs of separation anxiety at the shelter, things are a little different in his current foster home. If his foster mom leaves, Ttori will whimper or even howl for a bit, especially if he senses he’s being left behind. However, if given a long-lasting treat before she heads out, he’ll relax after a while and settle into his spot to rest. This good boy is learning to adjust and shows great potential to thrive in a loving forever home!
