He's completely vetted, healthy, has Rabies & DHPP vaccines, house-trained, & microchipped. He loves his walks throughout the neighbourhood & enjoys exploring the backyard. He gets along with people, other small dogs, & older respectful kids. No small children or big dogs, please. He rides quietly in the car. He would love a furever home in a quiet, caring, responsible adult home that has a fenced backyard to explore. Would that be you? Interested? **Note: Atom is in Korea now but will arrive in Toronto on April 14.For more info about the dog, or the adoption application, please follow the link.BackgroundAtom was rescued from a puppy mill in Gimpo in December 2025. After his rescue, he moved to our partner boarding home, where he now lives with other dogs. For the first time in his life, Atom is in a safe place where he is cared for and surrounded by kindness.Personality and SocializationAtom is a sweet and loving boy with a medium energy level. He has the classic friendly and cheerful Bichon personality. He is smart, affectionate, and friendly, and enjoys being close to people. Atom is comfortable meeting new people and happily greets both men and women. He loves attention and enjoys every moment of being loved.With other dogs, Atom is very friendly and playful. He feels most comfortable around small dogs and enjoys their company. Larger dogs can make him a little nervous, but he keeps his soft and easygoing nature. Atom has a kind temperament and gets along well with others. He has no experience with cats or young children.BehaviourAtom rides well in the car and usually rests quietly during the ride. He is calm and cooperative at the vet and handles baths and grooming without any trouble. He is still new to leash walking and is comfortable using pee pads indoors. He is a happy and playful puppy who still has a lot to learn.Health and DietAtom is healthy and has received full veterinary care. He is vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, dewormed and receives regular parasite prevention. He currently eats dry kibble twice a day and shows no signs of allergies.Ideal HomeAtom is a happy little puppy. He would do best with a family who has the time to be with him and help him settle into his new life. He is still new to many things, so a patient home that can spend time guiding him will be ideal. Someone who works from home or is around most of the day would be a great match.
