Come meet me and 100+ of my adoptable friends at Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue's MEGA adoption event, Home for the Holidays! Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at the Warren County Career Center from 11am - 3pm!
Meet Kieran! Kieran is a 5-year-old, 22-pound Bichon Frise.
Kieran is a rescue from a puppy mill, and as such, is fairly skittish around people. She is fostered with other dogs her size and does well with them! Kieran is still trying to figure out what a dog is supposed to do, as leash walking, treats, and playing are all new to her. She will need a calm, patient household to help her blossom. An adopter with another confident dog would be helpful but not necessary. Are you the white knight wanting to rescue this damsel in distress?
Kieran is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. Her adoption fee is $300.
Kieran is a Patron Pup. Patron Pups have higher adoption fees due to varying reasons and are adopted quickly, even with these higher adoption fees. They may be purebred, a highly desirable breed, small in size fully grown, etc. These fees allow them to act as patrons to other pets in our care who may not be as adoptable, or have ongoing costs for medical care, contributing to a longer time in rescue, and therefore a higher cost for us to care for them. Patron Pups allow us to continue rescuing these other animals and give them a better chance at finding their forever homes as well.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.

We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week.
