She’s not a fan of stairs (esp the open rise kind- scary), is still learning to wait at crosswalks, and doesn’t at all love sharp/loud noises. Val is still learning to trust and is particularly skeptical of men, groups of runners coming towards her and motorcycles. With time, consistency and behavioral adjustments through training she’ll find new relationships with all those things. She’s not for a first time dog owner- an experienced human who understands the need for consistent training, routine, keeping her sharp mind busy and exercise needs met will be the perfect match. She’s incredibly loving (almost knocked me over with love when I picked her up after not seeing her for a couple of weeks) and bonds strongly to her people. Shes whip smart, goofy, and sweet- but also protective and loyal.
