Welcome Sarah back to Peaceable Kingdom! This girl was adopted early in 2024 but was returned due to a change in work schedules. You see, Sarah’s bladder isn’t the strongest and she can’t hold it a full workday. She’ll need a family who is home often to provide her access to the bathroom when she needs it or has a fenced yard and doggy door. She is purportedly pee-pad trained, too. Sarah is a friendly Beagle mix, around 7 years of age. She currently weighs 26 lbs., but is a little underweight, so she will likely be 30–35 lbs. once a healthy weight. Sarah is well-behaved and can be trusted to have free roam of the house when alone (i.e., no destructive behaviors). Sarah has spent time around cats and is open to meeting other dogs. Hi everyone my name is Gretchen and I am a three to four-year-old purebred Beagle girl that weighs 35 lb and I found myself homeless in a small town in Tennessee. People said that I was roaming the neighborhood for a while and no one knew who I belonged to. The shelter found Critter Cavalry Rescue to take me and I am looking for a home with a retired man because Critter Cavalry has found that I probably was abused by a woman.  I can be nice to them but I don't want to live with them.   They intimidate me and I am truly very fond of a man's attention.  I am good with other dogs and can hang out with and be best friends forever. I love people and I am friends with every dog and cat that I meet. As you can see, I am a happy girl and they tell me that I'm quite pretty too. No one knows much about me except that I have a sweet smile, a great personality and I love people that let me snuggle with them. I promise that I will be your cuddly snuggle bug and your best friend forever. I am looking for a Beagle loving home. I would welcome children as a part of my life and I can live with other dogs and even cats. They have tested me with everything and said I'm pretty perfect.
