Story
KENNEL ID #18804 Meet Sweet Amber &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Amber came heartbreakingly close to losing her life at a high-kill animal control facility in Greeneville, TN. She was picked up as a stray with her puppy, and while her baby was adopted, Amber was sadly left behind and scheduled for euthanasia. Thankfully, A Voice for Pets Rescue learned of her situation and stepped in just in time—rescuing her on the very day she was set to be euthanized. Since then, Amber has proven to be an absolute gem. She gets along beautifully with other dogs of all sizes, is 100% crate-trained and house-broken, and is as sweet as they come. She also walks nicely on leash (with a little “power-steering” assist ). Amber is approximately 5 years old and fully vetted—spayed, heartworm-negative, dental, and up to date on all vaccinations. She looks like a Beagle/Boxer mix and is the perfect medium size at about 30–35 pounds Her foster admits she’s getting very attached (who wouldn’t?), because Amber truly is the perfect dog. Now all that’s missing is the forever home she so deeply deserves. Story
Meet Lulu, the most delightful elder lady you’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing! This gentle soul is the total package—crate trained, house trained, and wonderful in the car (yes, we said it twice because she’s that good on road trips). Lulu is good with other dogs and has a sweet, calm presence that makes everyone around her feel at ease. She may be a little shy at first, but the moment you speak to her, her tail starts to wag and a soft smile lights up her face. It's like watching a flower bloom—slow, beautiful, and full of love. Lulu is a true gem—quietly charming, affectionate, and just waiting for someone to show her that the best is yet to come. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heart of gold, look no further. Lulu is ready to bring warmth and joy to her forever home. Note: Lulu is currently being treated for heartworms. Please do not let this scare you away. Heartworm is not contagious and is curable. Story
Meet Coraline (Certified Beagle Edition) Coraline is 100% beagle, and she would like you to know that food is life, noses know best, and rules are… negotiable. She’s smart, stubborn in the most charming way, and incredibly loving once she decides you’re her person. She’s doing great with other dogs and has also passed her cat test with flying colors—calm, respectful, and totally unfazed. Coraline would be very happy to have a dog buddy or at least some regular canine social time. Like many sensitive souls, Coraline prefers slow introductions so she can take everything in at her own pace. When she first arrived, she was a bit overwhelmed (new place, new smells, SO many feelings), but once she settled in, she transformed into a kiss-dispensing lovebug who just wants to be near her people. Coraline shows affection with happy licks, playful nibbles, and gentle play-biting, so she’s best suited for a home without small kids—think teens or adults who understand doggie love languages. She’s also very smart (like… suspiciously smart) and if bored may try to solve the mystery of “What’s on the other side of this fence?” A secure fence—preferably privacy style or one she can’t squeeze her tiny beagle body through—will keep everyone happy. She is crate trained, highly snack-motivated, and learns quickly when treats are involved. She can be a bit chatty in the crate at first, especially when anxious, but settles much better when crated near another dog. Basically, Coraline enjoys moral support. Coraline is looking for a home that: Loves beagles and their hilarious quirks Understands that food is a powerful training tool Can offer structure, enrichment, and patience Enjoys a dog with personality for days In return, Coraline promises endless affection, expressive beagle looks, expert sniffing skills, and a lifetime of laughs. She’s sweet, silly, smart, and ready to follow her nose straight into her forever home. Mostly Muttz Rescue, PO Box 406, Gilbertsville, PA 19525PA Kennel License 10872 ##2606671##
