She is a little on the chonkey side at 40 pounds and the vet would like to see her get down to 35. Penny is house trained and great with other dogs, not cat tested. She is a happy energetic girl and will need a home with a fence. She is house trained and a great snuggle bug! Her adoption fee if $250. Buddy was adopted around October by my elderly father-in-law to be an emotional support animal. My father-in-law is no longer able to care for Buddy. The shelter he was in said he was approximately 5 years old. Buddy is a loving dog who wants to sit on your lap or beside you in your chair. He also loves to play with his toys. Buddy is currently in a home with 2 large dogs. While he gets along with them very well he would be great as a single dog so he could get all the attention and toys. He plays fetch but forgets to bring the ball back. Buddy is neutered, housebroken, and we have been working with him on basis training (sit when you get a treat, wait to jump in the chair until you are given permission, etc.)

Frankie is a rambunctious, fun-loving beagle pomeranian mix ready for his new home! He was born in 2018 and came to my grandparents as a puppy. Don't be fooled by his underbite-- this dog loves to smile! However, with my grandparents moving out of their house very soon, he will be needing a forever home. He is a beagle pomeranian mix. We estimate him to be around or slightly above 25 pounds, however he has not gotten very many walks in his life, and will need to lose weight upon adoption. He also does beg very frequently, as my grandma was not one to refuse giving him food. His shedding is also very frequent, so any potential adopters will need to be ready for lots of fur! Overall, he is a very sweet dog who is friendly and loves nothing more than to play and be around people. He may take some training and patience, but it will be well worth the effort to earn the trust of this spunky pup!

Meet Brewie! This precious guy looks (& acts) like a treeing Walker coonhound mix!! If you love coonhounds you will love him!! Brewie is a happy teenage puppy! He loves people & he ADORES other dogs! He is happiest chasing the other dogs in the yard!! He is living in a foster home & loves to run with the pack! He is a true dog park dog!  Brewie has a lovely singing voice & he will sing to you when he needs to go out or needs a snack! He is absolutely gorgeous & he definitely got the beauty but not the brains !! He’s a super sweet boy but he’s definitely not the smartest dog we’ve ever fostered!!   He makes up for his ditzy tendencies with a sweet & charming doofus like personality!  If you love hounds you’ll love him!  Apply to adopt him today!! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH.
