If you have an already approved application, it's possible you take your new friend home that day.** Hi everyone! My name is Rocky! I am a very handsome 7-year-old Beagle mix with a long curly fox tail. I am around 20 pounds but working on shedding a couple. I found myself looking for a new home when my owner passed away, but I am ready to find my new furever family! I am a very affectionate boy and will shower you with kisses. I love to snuggle, but sometimes I also like to chill in my crate. I am fully crate trained, although I don’t like it when my people leave me alone, so I will bark to express my displeasure. Speaking of barking, I take my Neighborhood Watch duties VERY seriously. I will notify you of cars, dogs, people, deliveries, the neighborhood cat, or just about anything I don’t feel is right with a bark much bigger than my little body. If you tell me it’s ok or I meet those culprits, I will quiet down. Due to me being so vocal, I might not be suited for apartment living. I am 100% housebroken and do a great job walking on a leash. I really love going for walks! Fun fact, I can jump really high and dance on my hind legs to keep you entertained. All in all, I am a wonderful sweet silly boy and will make sure you know you are loved. Are you my furever family? I would walk 500 miles to find you! Fill out an application to meet me ASAP! All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the location as it is a privately run boarding, training, and grooming facility. Story
We got Oliver when he was a puppy he is now 7 years old. He is fun, loving, snuggly energetic listens to commands. When we got Oliver all of our children lived at home they have since moved out but because we own our own business we are gone 12 to 16 hours per day and do not think it is fair for him to be cooped up in the house for that much time. We love Oliver but he needs a home that he can enjoy and have room to run around. Oliver had a bad experience with a groomer so he is very skittish when being groomed and sometimes need sedation.

UPDATE Sissy as shown in the newest picture priviously an only dog shows that she has. decided to smuggle with another furry friend, who knew? a very peasant surprise indeed. She proves that seniors can do new things. UPDATE 9/4/24 Sissy has had a chiropractor adjustment. She is warming up to people. Knowing that she was raised by a lady in an apartment lets us know how comfortable she would be in a similar situation. She also "Baroo"'s when she wants to go outside to potty. Her weight looks good on her at 27#'s now. One other dog for a companion would be ideal and multiple dogs may overwhelm her as something she isn't used to during her 16 yrs. Time spent acclimating her to more dogs may do her good to learn. Sissy can be left alone for a period of time, would curl up and sleep Im sure. Sissy, 16 yrs old in March 2024, was taken in from a one time owner who is currently in a Nursing Home. This wonderful lady spent some time overweight but is now at a prime 28#'s. She is spayed, agile with a very slight limp, takes treats gently, has been in mulitple dog homes for visits, on thyroid medication controlled and maintained. She lived in a first floor apartment but has shown she can do steps. Sissy can potty on leash or in a fenced in area. She isn't a typical lap dog but friendly loves to be petted on the head. As with all dogs Sissy learned silly habits and if you scratch her back end she thinks shes going outside for a walk. She keeps a subtle awareness of her surroundings.

We got rocket from AWL Trumbull county pet shelter when he was 4 months old. He is super adorable, lots of energy, good with kids, up to date on shots, neutered and microchipped. He still has pee accidents in the house but rarely has poop accidents. I have taught him to pee on command outside the home by saying peepee time! I thought my allergies could handle the hair but they can’t and so I need to re- home & move on unfortunately. Looking for a good fit for rocket. I also have lots of things he can take when he goes like a crate, collar, food bowl, toys, puppy food and treats…all free of charge when adopted.
