Meet Mercy! Born 12/27/24 this half-beagle girlie is on the hunt to find her furever family! Mercy is the tiniest (and feistiest) of her 6 brothers and sisters. She will kick-butt and take names, then give you a kiss before she walks away to to see what other trouble she can create. She will not only start it, she will FINISH it. She's a whole lot of crazy in one tiny, fluffy package. Curious, confident, full of sass, playful and quite vocal. Mercy's mom is a small beagle (18 lbs), puppy growth charts estimate her adult size on the smaller side of medium, 20-27lbs but are not highly reliable due to rapid growth this young and an unknown father. She is definitely not a large breed though. Please remember pups looks and personalities can change QUITE a bit as they grow up. They lose their puppy coats and growth estimates are notoriously unreliable when dealing with mixed breeds. Also note that puppies are LOTS of work. They cannot be alone for 8 hours a day, they chew EVERYTHING, they are physically not capable of 'holding' it for long periods until they mature and they're top skill is usually finding trouble no matter how well you think you've puppy-proofed your home. Given Mercy's personality we think she'd do well with a social, active family who has the time and patience to work with a puppy., espcially keeping up with training and socialization. Since Mercy is half beagle, she is probably not the best fit for a shared wall. she could be very vocal as an adult. Mercy will be ready to go home by mid April. Her adoption fee is $400 and includes spay, microchip, all age appropriate vaccines and prevention (flea, tick, heartworm).
