You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Merlin! If your ideal dog is the stay at home, watch TV, and relax all day kind of dog, Merlin is your man! At around 45 lbs and 5 years old this beagle mix fella is the most handsome introvert, and while he doesn't enjoy going out in public to show off his good looks he's happy to share all the love and affection with the people he trusts in the safety of his home. Merlin would excel in a home with structure and routine without a lot of excitement. He does extremely well with cats and other dogs, and has learned alot about "how to dog" from his canine friends in his foster home. Merlin has some mild vision impairment which is more apparent at night, but he has no issues navigating to his comfort places, the outdoors, or finding his people. Meet Cheddar! Cheddar is a handsome 6 year old, 25 pound Beagle. Cheddar's superpower is his friendliness. He loves people and would be delighted if you would come meet him and give him some pets. His tail is always wagging. He has a healthy hound appetite for treats so could be motivated by those. (Cheese is good motivator for him as well!) Cheddar absolutely loves walks. A perfect day for him would include at least one but preferably two of those. He can walk long distances but a stroll around the block would do just fine as well. He walks well on a leash but is also known to get distracted by squirrels. When it comes to housetraining, Cheddar is doing very well. He has had a few accidents in his foster home but a consistent schedule will lead him to success. Cheddar enjoys being around kids but is still learning to keep all four paws on the floor.
