He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, on HW, flea and tick preventative, crate trained and is doing wonderful with his house training! Rudy is as smart as can be, is gentle and loving, has a wonderful personality and is an absolute joy to be around! He loves everyone he meets and enjoys the companionship of other Dogs! Rudy likes to snuggle next to you on the couch and he is an expert nap taker! He loves to play with his toys and also enjoys frolicking and playing with his Dog pals! Rudy is an all around happy go lucky, fun loving, amiable and delightful Beagle! A fenced yard will be required as well as a home with at least one other Dog, for companionship. River is a very outgoing girl that is always ready to meet new friends. She loves people and getting treats. She sits nicely and waits patiently for the treat to be given. She walks well on a leash and is a great hiking buddy! She is spayed, vaccinated and ready for her new family to adopt her! The shelter can be reached at 937-498-7201 to schedule a time to meet. Or please feel free to come in during business hours. The shelter is open Monday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-12. Open kennel hours are Monday-Friday 12-4 and Saturday by appointment. Buddy was adopted around October by my elderly father-in-law to be an emotional support animal. My father-in-law is no longer able to care for Buddy. The shelter he was in said he was approximately 5 years old. Buddy is a loving dog who wants to sit on your lap or beside you in your chair. He also loves to play with his toys. Buddy is currently in a home with 2 large dogs. While he gets along with them very well he would be great as a single dog so he could get all the attention and toys. He plays fetch but forgets to bring the ball back. Buddy is neutered, housebroken, and we have been working with him on basis training (sit when you get a treat, wait to jump in the chair until you are given permission, etc.)

Artie was given up by his previous owner who was no longer able to look after him, with the hope that he would find a loving new home. He's an energetic and playful dog who loves being around people. He's often spotted jumping around his kennel, looking for some attention. He takes pleasure in his walks with the volunteers and values the personal interaction. Once he's burned off some energy, he's happy to snuggle up and enjoy some cuddles. Sometimes he may seem a little shy, but after a short period of quiet time to recharge, he returns to his delightfully silly antics. This loving pup is patiently waiting for a place to call his own.

JJack is a 5-month-old Beagle hound mixed puppy. He is about 15-20 pounds currently and our best guess he won't get bigger than 30 lbs at maturity. Only a DNA test can confirm his exact mix! Our little boy is an adventurer and the first for everything. He always seems to be on the move, checking everything out. He likes attention, belly rubs, treats, and knows no strangers. Oh yes, he loooves tennis balls. Jack has started leash and potty training and is doing well. He even knows his name and he knows the command 'no'. He even 'sits pretty' when presented with a tasty treat. He does well with other dogs and loves to play with toys. This boy will keep you laughing as he is all puppy! He attended a puppy yoga class and had a blast. He even nabbed some sunglasses and made a run for it! Much hilarity ensued. Jack was a fun boy at his photo session and was a great model for his Yoda costume. What an adorable pup. He has not been cat tested as foster does not have cats.
