Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Jeremy is a playful little rascal with a mischievous streak and a whole lot of love to give. His days revolve around the puppy trifecta: eat, sleep, and play. He’s got a funny little hop when he gets excited, and his playful noises make him all the more endearing. Whether he’s romping around with other dogs or entertaining himself with toys, Jeremy is happiest when he’s busy. He’s still learning the ropes of being a dog,  but his loving nature and playful spirit make him a joy to be around. If you’re ready for puppy energy and plenty of laughs, Jeremy might be the one for you! Jeremy is from Texas.  If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Simea is from Texas.  She is a sweet playful pup who    is looking    for a nice soft spot to land here in Minnesota.  She would love a home with children to grow up with.  A home that will take her on daily walks to explore her new home by smelling allll the things.. lol. But in all honesty she really just wants someone    that    is going to love her half as much as she loves them!   Simea is not fully potty trained.. but what young puppy is?  Potty training is all about consistency.  Finding a schedule that works for both of you and sticking to it.  Puppies operate on a sleep, eat, play, poop schedule.  When they wake in the morning, first thing is a potty break outside.. then back inside for breakfast and a little play time.  About 30 minutes after eating, take your pup back outside to do their business.  Make sure that you are giving them enough time outside (15-20 minutes is    usually    adequate) to do their business.. puppies get distracted so easily, so try not to make this trip about playing.. just let them wander independently until they find "the perfect spot" as they say.  Repeat this after their dinner, as well as letting them out to potty roughly every 4 hours throughout the day.   Simea is also not yet Kennel trained, as she has been kept with her siblings in an Ex Pen (Exercise pen).  Kennel training a young dog is actually pretty simple though.  Place an open kennel in the room your family spends the most time in.  Feed them all    their meals there as well as any high value treats.  while they are in the kennel, shut the door for short periods of time.. starting at 1minute and    working    up to sleeping there at night.  If your pup has issues settling    for the    night, covering their kennel with a light blanket will usually help.   If you think that you would be the perfect match for this sweet pup, please fill out an adoption application today!  She can't wait to meet you!   They arrive in Minnesota on 2/8 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 9am-12pm. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame.  Since they haven’t arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start’s Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Click here to learn more about the FTA program. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start’s veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   Rambler (6yo, 50lb) is a presumed Beagle/Lab/Terrier mix and needs a home with another dog around his size & age to show him that being a dog IS pretty cool! Rambler came to us from a background of hardship. We aren't sure about his whole story, but came to rescue as a meek and skinny boy and was missing half of his ear. He also came to rescue with heartworm. He was successfully treated and has been diligently kept on Heartguard (Tri Heart Plus) ever since.  He has made HUGE progress since being in rescue. This guy deserves to find his forever home. He is working on trusting humans, new dogs, and being away from his foster mom. We think Rambler would do best in a laid-back home with a solid 6ft fence, a confident dog, and a human who is patient and ready for him to break out of his shell. He is crate trained, potty trained, walks well on a leash, and tries to be very brave when he meets new dogs. "Treats!" is one of his favorite words! Rambler is a true diamond in the rough. He is our longest resident (Aug. 2021) and we are hopeful that his perfect human is out there.   Interested in adopting? Please complete an interest form on our website  here . If you are viewing this listing on PETFINDER there is often MORE INFO ON and MORE PICS OF the animal DIRECTLY ON OUR WEBSITE. http://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org *Adoption fees range from $525-$650, depending on the individual animal* redemptionroad.mn@gmail.com https://www.facebook.com/RedemptionRoadRescue  All animals fully vetted appropriate for age: spayed/neutered, rabies vaccine, DHPP vaccine, 4DX test (@12 months or older), microchipped with lifetime registration, dewormed, flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention.  *Since we typically don't know a rescue dog's actual genetics, their breed and estimated size when grown on their bio is just an educated guess based on information ond observations we have.*  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 25, 2024, 9:45 pm

Apply on our website ( https://www.healingheartsrescue.org/adopt )  to  set up a private meeting or check below for my adoption event schedule. Age: DOB 10/28/2024 Dog friendly: Yes Cat friendly: Yes Kid friendly: Yes Potty trained: No, I'm just a puppy Crate trained: No, I'm just a puppy   Hi, I'm Lysandra! I am the perfect puppy mix of spunky and sweet. I love to play with my littermates and wrestle but I also love to be held and snuggled by humans once I've gotten some playing in.  I came to Minnesota from rural Missouri with my 8 other littermates. We are all very unique looking so your guess is as good as mine on what my breed mix is. My mama was a Beagle/Basset hound. My coloring suggests maybe I have a litter heeler in the mix? I am very loving and really enjoy to be picked up and held by people as well as run around and explore. I am a spunky and adventurous girl. Finding a family is my next great adventure!
