Meet Abby, the sweetest little miniature beagle mix you'll ever meet! At about 2 years old, Abby is full of personality and love. She’s an expert at enjoying life’s simple pleasures—whether it’s going on a walk to sniff out all the outdoor scents, curling up for a cozy TV session, or zooming around the yard during her playful "zoomie" time, Abby is always ready for a good time. Abby is currently living with two older dogs, a male and a female, and she’s a perfect little lady who respects their need for space and quiet time. She loves being part of the pack but is equally happy just hanging out and enjoying the calm. Abby came from a home with 17 dogs, where she wasn’t given the chance to fully learn how to be a dog in a household setting. Despite her past, Abby is incredibly smart and eager to please, picking up new skills quickly. She will need a patient and understanding family who can help guide her as she learns the ropes of being a beloved companion. Abby is still discovering what’s expected of her, but with consistency, love, and patience, she’s sure to flourish into the wonderful, well-adjusted dog she’s meant to be. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
