Story
Annie was adopted as a puppy from a shelter in Alabama. She was a loved dog but her owners kept her on a chain because of improper fencing. Then the owner went over seas and asked if I could board til they returned. She didn’t want to send her to family because of the fact they already had two dogs and a third female would not work out. When the owner returned she found out she was expecting a baby and had lost her place to live. So she moved in with her family and surrender her dog to us but only because it was taking her too long to get stable after the baby was born. Mastani is a good dog and loved her owner very much and she waited patiently. At least the visits to take her to the park made her feel like there was still hope. Nice clean girl does well in her crate snd is house broken and crate trained. Plays well with other dogs but is better with male dogs than female.

Story
Johnny and June came to us when they wandered up to a Good Samaritan in Union City, TN. She couldn't let them freeze in the cold weather at night, so the Good Samaritan brought these precious beagle babies home with her in an effort to find out where they came from. Johnny and June stayed with her for a while and when no owners came forth to claim them, we stepped in to get them the vet care and forever homes they need and deserve for the holidays and all their years to come. We believe that Johnny is between 3-4 years old and this boy is a true hound as far as personality goes! Johnny is described by his foster mom as being "a typical Beagle, as he's very laid back, loving, soooo sweet, and calm". He is currently living in a foster home with two other dogs and they all get along extremely well. During his time with June, he also got along well with the female dogs he has met. Johnny does love to run around the yard with his canine foster sibling and likes to dig in the backyard. Like all beagles/hunting breeds or dogs, Johnny will need to be supervised when outside to keep his well-developed nose from getting him into mischief. He is extremely food motivated and will do just about anything for a snack, haha. Johnny walks great on a leash and harness and is potty-trained. He will be neutered on December 16th and then will be ready to find his forever home! Johnny will be up to date on all vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, and will have received heartworm treatment (if heartworm positive) when adopted. Johnny and June stayed with her for a while and when no owners came forth to claim them, we stepped in to get them the vet care and forever homes they need and deserve for the holidays and all their years to come. June is extremely sweet, loving, and gentle girl. She is estimated to be between 1-2 years old and is on the smaller side for a beagle. June absolutely loves her foster mom's son and enjoys playing with him and snuggling with him on the couch every day. There are two female canine foster siblings in June's foster home and she gets along well with both of them and with Johnny during their time together. She is initially a little shy until she warms up to people due to her unknown past as a stray, but she will give you the "cutest, most excited butt wiggle and tail wags when it's treat time" according to her foster mom. June is happiest to spend her time as a lap dog, as she does not understand the concept or need for personal space. June is mostly quiet, which is shocking for her being a beagle, but she will occasionally bark to let you know of the outside intruder aka the garbage truck, haha! Like all beagles/hunting breeds or dogs, June will need to be supervised when outside to keep her well-developed nose from finding smells that may be too impossible to resist. June already knows how to sit and is potty-trained. She is working on being crate-trained as well. June has an appointment to be spayed in the upcoming weeks but is ready to begin receiving adoption applications now for her forever home! Additionally, she will be up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped, and will have received heartworm treatment (if heartworm positive) when adopted. Story
Pusheen is an 8 year old beagle. She is very sweet, is well potty trained (she needs about 4 breaks a day), and likes to sleep on the floor next to your bed. She likes other dogs and cats but thrives in quieter environments. I am leaving the state for college early next year and can’t take her with me. I am looking for someone who can give her the love, care, and attention that she deserves. If interested, please text me at (xxx) xxx-xxxx .

Story
Updated: 05NOV24 **Meet Liam, the Little Legend and Couch Potato Extraordinaire!** Breed: Beagle & Chihuahua Mix (a perfect blend of snooze and schmooze!) Weight: 25 lbs of pure charm **Personality: The Sweetest Charmer in Town!** This boy is AMAZING! If you're in the market for a pint-sized companion with a heart full of love, look no further! Liam has been in foster care for over a year, and all this little legend wants is a family to call his own. He's currently ruling the roost in his foster home, where he's living it up with dogs, cats, and even chickens! You could say he's the ambassador of fun for all creatures great and small. In fact, he could charm a serial killer into changing their behavior-his sweet demeanor and irresistible personality are simply that compelling! **Adventures: The Social Butterfly of the Dog World!** This little adventurer has a social calendar that would make any celebrity jealous! He's strutted his stuff at an adoption event at Crosstown Brewing Co and has even visited Home Depot and Marshall's. You could say he's a "do-it-all kind of pup-just don't ask him to fix anything! Liam loves meeting new people and critters-he's the life of every party, bringing his infectious spirit and charm wherever he goes. **Homebody Vibes and Separation Anxiety: The Couch King!** When he's not out conquering the world, you can find Liam snoozing in his bassinet like royalty or lounging on the couch, claiming it as his personal throne. This guy knows how to relax and is always ready to cuddle-he's got a PhD in couch potato studies! Not only is Liam a wonderful companion, but he also has zero dog odor-he has never, ever stunk! His fresh scent is just one of the many reasons you'll fall in love with him. Liam loves cats, and they love him right back! He's great with feline friends and can often be found sharing his space with them, proving that he's a true friend to all creatures.Liam used to be scared to death of bath time, but he's totally over that now! His newfound confidence means bath time is just another part of his fabulous routine. While he does experience some anxiety, it's important to note that it's gradually decreasing over time. After about a year, he can now be left alone without being crated for shorter absences. For outings of 1-3 hours, he's free to roam the house, and the worst he'll do now is pull a blanket off the sofa. Liam is also a brave little warrior when it comes to thunderstorms! Although he's scared of thunder, he'll suck it up and do his business outside when there's a storm. It's a testament to his determination and good nature! And let's not forget his hilarious attempts to catch squirrels! Liam thinks he can outsmart them, but the little critters always seem to win the game. His futile chases add a comedic touch to his personality and keep everyone entertained. It's worth mentioning that Liam may never be suited for boarding, as the experience might just break his little heart. In case of travel when he can't go along, it would be best to find a friend who can keep him for the week. Fortunately, he loves everyone and does perfectly at babysitters, making it easier to find a loving temporary home. **Playful Spirit: The Fun-Loving Goofball!** Liam embodies the perfect mix of friendly and affectionate charm, always ready to shower you with kisses and gentle cuddles. His playful and smart nature shines through as he eagerly fetches toys and cleverly figures out how to snag those tasty treats. With a nose for adventure, he's curious about every new smell, and his funny antics will keep you laughing. Plus, with his exceptional talent for napping, he truly knows how to balance energy and relaxation! **Why Liam?: Your Future Furry Best Friend Awaits!** If you're looking to add a fun-sized fur baby to the family, Liam is the ultimate companion! He's ready to bring joy, laughter, and endless cuddles to your home. Don't let this little guy spend another day without a family-get ready for a lifetime of love and shenanigans with Liam, your new furry best friend!
