Story
Meet Japan, a 1-year-old, 25â€Â㦊-pound mix of Corgi and Basset. (Note his short legs!) The best way to describe him is to quote his foster’s description. “Very playful, dog friendly, vocal, loves to jump, loves playing with his kennel mate, loves to give kisses and just all around wants all the attention!” Sounds like a great dog to me! Don’t you think? (posted 3/7/26, ME) ' ' Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $160.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. **May 16, 2026, 4:28 pm

Meet Marcy 🐾 Marcy is the total package—your future best friend, cuddle buddy, and official snack supervisor all in one. She’s sweet, playful, and full of love. She may be a little shy at first, but give her a minute (and maybe a treat) and she’ll warm up quickly and become your little shadow. Once she picks you, you’re her person forever. She’s great with dogs and cats, loves toys, chews, and cozy beds, and is always ready to share in whatever you’re doing—especially if snacks are involved. Marcy is very treat motivated and eager to please, which makes her not only fun, but easy to live with and train. Marcy is house trained and crate trained, and she has a gentle, easygoing personality that would make her a wonderful addition to just about any home—including one with kids. Story
Charlie is a 20 lb beagle mix, about 1.5 to 2 years old, with a very special and unique Charlie came to us with her litter and, despite months of patience and care, she remains absolutely terrified of people. She is not aggressive at all, but she truly has no interest in human interaction. Being approached, spoken to, or even looked at can make her uncomfortable, and she will choose to keep her distance. What Charlie does love is other dogs. She absolutely thrives in the company of dogs and finds comfort, confidence, and joy with them. She happily sleeps beside them, follows them around, and looks to them for reassurance. For Charlie, other dogs are her safe place. Because of this, Charlie would do best in a home that understands and respects her unique nature. She would be happiest living on a farm or property where she has space to run, explore, and simply be a dog without pressure from people. She is fully housetrained, uses a doggy door reliably, and navigates her environment confidently once she feels safe. Charlie may never be the dog who seeks affection from people, but she can be the perfect companion for another dog who needs a best friend. If you have the heart, patience, and land to give a dog like Charlie a safe place to simply exist and be loved for who she is, she just might be the perfect addition to your pack. Adoption fee $300. Her adoption fee includes her spay, vaccines, parasite prevention, and microchip. Apply to adopt at fullcirclerescueandsanctuary.com
