He is a lovey and safe with kiddos. He's still a bit jumpy, but that's when he's excited. When he is regularly walked, he's not as energetic. He love to eat and is very quick and sneaky. He's not fixed yet. I was planning on it, but my health has taken up a lot of my time. He loves the outdoors, but not so much when it super cold and rainy. He can handle the cold to a certain extent though. He doesn't do a lot of chewing up things, but if you leave it long enough it's free game for him. Contact Hananh Pet Hos[pital 503.300.6458

Story
Bali is a very sweet boy. He is about 9 months old and believed to be a Basenji, Australian Kelpie, Lab mix. He can be shy with new people at first but then comes out of his shell once he gets to know you. He absolutely loves the beach! His favorite activity is simply lounging at the beach. He also loves lounging in the backyard when it is warm and sunny. He gets along well with other dogs after very slow introductions. He does not like our cats so he needs a cat-free home. He also would do best in a home with a backyard as he does not like to go potty on leash. He still has accidents inside the home but I believe a doggy door would solve the issue. Bali has separation anxiety and some past trauma from his street dog life. He takes a daily fluoxetine pill which helps a lot with these symptoms but he needs a family who can be gentle and understanding of his needs. He is very good with kids and loves to play with them! He would be a great family dog for the right family.
