Moira Rose is the feline counterpart to the legendary soap opera diva, and unlike her namesake, she doesn’t need a wig to stand out — she’s a character all on her own! With her distinctive charm and a flair for the dramatic, Moira is sweet, easy-going, and a little bit mysterious. She’ll take her time to observe her new surroundings before making a grand entrance, but once she’s ready, prepare to see her playful side! Moira loves chasing lasers, swatting at small balls, or indulging in her favourite pastime - catnip. When she’s not entertaining herself or you, she loves lounging on windowsills, watching the birds and squirrels. Her cat tree or cubby is her personal sanctuary — a luxurious suite where she can retreat for her mid-day naps in true Moira fashion. Her tastes? Refined, naturally. Moira prefers wet food with gravy and chunks, turning up her nose at pate, because you know, it’s just not good enough for her. Kibble is acceptable, but only if she can graze on it throughout the day. While she may not be the lap cat type, she is a purring machine when it comes to head scratches and will accept affection on her terms, of course. She’s got boundaries, and like any self-respecting tortoiseshell, she’ll make it known if you stray too close to forbidden zones (no belly or butt rubs, thank you). A gentle hiss or a grumble will be your cue that you’ve gone a bit too far — but don’t worry, it's all part of the drama! Moira might do well with another friendly cat after a proper introduction, but she’s equally content as the queen of her domain. Ideally, she'd thrive in a home where someone is around often to cater to her all her needs. After all, she’s not just a cat; she’s Moira — and she deserves the attention of a true fan.
Much like her namesake, Moira Rose has faced her share of challenges. She was discovered abandoned in a park, caring for a kitten while she was pregnant. Despite her difficult past, Moira is a super sweet girl who is ready to find her forever home at last.
Moira is looking for a home that appreciates her unique charm and understands that beneath her tortitude lies a sweet, loyal companion. Could you be the one to give this glamorous girl the love and home she deserves?
