My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Good day all! My name is Jackson and I am a 7 year old 33 lb cocker boy in search of my forever home. As you can tell form my pictures I am a very handsome fella but of course I have more great qualities than just the good looks LOL. Foster mommy says I have impeccable house manners, know basic commands and get along great with most dogs my size or smaller....it's the big ones that I bark at and seem to be afraid of. I also bark at strangers when I'm taken on walks ( I do pull a bit so that needs to be worked on) or when I see them pass by the front of the house...maybe it's the protector in me, but foster mommy is working with me on the barking thing- aside from that she says I am a VERY smart boy and a cuddle bug at heart...and of course she be right! I love attention, giving and receiving kisses, back scratches, tummy rubs etc etc. If interested in providing me with a forever home and making me a part of your family please fill out an application at www.floridacockerrescue.org ADOPTION FEE: $350.00

More about this rescue

Florida Coastal Cocker Rescue (FCCR) is a non-profit organization located in SW Florida. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing Cocker Spaniels throughout the state of Florida and neighboring states. We rely 100% on donations and volunteers to help us take care of our dogs. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines and rabies, heartworm tested, flea and heartworm treatment, and microchip.

FCCR carefully screens all of our potential furever and foster homes to ensure that our pups will have safe and loving homes. Some of our dogs come from shelters and abusive situations and we want to make sure that they will only see love the rest of their lives.
