My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charlize is a medium-energy, clever kitty with a love for play and a knack for companionship! Her absolute favorite is her little blue bird toy on a wand, which she’ll carry around like a prized catch. When she wants you to join in, she’ll drop it in front of you – a sure sign that it’s playtime! Charlize has an independent side but loves being near her person, often curling up close or even in your arms at night, especially if you’re lucky enough to catch her purring and kneading her little paws in bliss.

This girl has a quirky, funny personality and enjoys fetch and her new favorite obsession: chasing ping-pong balls! A set playtime routine will help keep her calm at night, and she’ll be happiest in a home that respects her boundaries and understands her playful quirks. While she’s curious about kids, she’ll need some time to adjust to a bustling environment. When excited, she might playfully use her teeth or claws but has always shown restraint. As long as you respect her cues, she’s incredibly gentle.

Charlize starts off a bit shy but quickly warms up, rewarding you with her endearing, silly side. She’s also a little plastic-wrapper thief, so keep those hidden! And yes, belly rubs are allowed – as long as you’re gentle and mindful.

Please note: Charlize lives in a foster home, and the first step in our adoption process is to complete our application.
