This is Arlo! Handsome boy that has exhibited some alpha tendencies, so he requires an experienced dachshund household. Arlo is working on adjusting to life in a foster home and getting to know his bunk mates while taking his time to trust... ATDR's goal right now is that with enough kindness and good grub, he will eventually realize life will be okay when he becomes more comfortable in his surroundings. Arlo is a very sweet boy that wants to please, he can't always understand what is expected on him but he is learning about boundaries and doing very well. He us protective of his people and needs guidance to determine who is friend and who is foe. We recommend an adult only home as children are generally more active than Arlo will tolerate. He is good with adults once he knows you are on his side.
