My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Riley is a medium-energy sweetheart with a people-centered, play-loving spirit! Wand toys and pom pom balls are her absolute favorites, and she’s also known to perch by the window to greet passersby. This cuddle bug loves to burrow under blankets, settle on your lap, or curl up by your feet at night. Sometimes, she even plays hairdresser, giving gentle nibbles as if she’s styling your hair!

Riley would truly thrive as an only pet. Though she was rescued at just 10 days old, her early experiences with other animals left her a bit timid around them. For that reason, she’s happiest when she’s the center of someone’s world, although she might do well with a calm, gentle feline friend who respects her space.
A curious and devoted companion, Riley loves to be near you as much as possible—whether it’s curling up on your chest, purring away to ease your worries, or rolling over for a belly rub. She has a few classic cat quirks and will sometimes give gentle nibbles to communicate her boundaries, but it’s all part of her charming, expressive personality.

If you’re interested in meeting Riley, just let our team know! With a heart of gold and a love for Churu treats and laser pointers, Riley is ready to make fast friends and find her forever home.

Please note that Riley is currently in her observation post-FIP treatment. She is a candidate for foster-to-adopt! The rescue is happy to discuss FIP and post-treatment care, which now is basically just keeping track of her thriving.
