My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Daisy, an adult cat with a heart as warm as a summer's day.

Her nurturing nature shines through in her interactions, always ready to share a cuddle or a comforting purr. Daisy adores neck scratches - quickest way to her heart. She enjoys a good brushing session, her purrs echoing like a soft melody.

The only thing Daisy likes more than neck scratches and pets is FOOD! Daisy loves her wet food and will let you know when she is hungry.

Daisy, a pretty tabby, once lived a different life outdoors, but now seeks a loving forever home. Daisy was found pregnant and has been a protective, nurturing, and sweet mama. Despite her past, she carries an air of grace and calm.

Daisy is fantastic with children, her gentle demeanor making her a great addition to any family. She even allows respectful and gentle children to pick her up.

Daisy has been around other cats and seems to be fine unless they had gotten too close to her babies. She is just protective like a good mama should be. Daisy would probably do well with another cat friend of similar disposition.

Adopt Daisy, not just because she needs a home, but because she has an abundance of love to give, and she's ready to share it with you.

Daisy is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email ahsemadopt@yahoo.com.

Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment. Additional adoption info

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.
