Needs: older kids 8+

Meet Patience, the extraordinary kitty who truly lives up to her name. This resilient feline entered rescue with three precious newborn kittens, each facing their own unique challenges. Despite their obstacles, Patience remained steadfast in her role as a devoted and loving mother.

Although one of her kittens sadly did not survive due to a large hernia, Patience's unwavering care and attention helped her other kitten with a hernia on her leg thrive and grow stronger. Throughout this journey, Patience has displayed an incredible amount of patience, strength, and resilience.

Now that her kittens have grown older and more independent, Patience is ready to find a special someone to call her own. As a young adult with a petite build, she captivates hearts with her stunning orange marble coat, which adds to her unique charm.

Patience is a cautious yet curious kitty, always keeping an eye out for new experiences. She delights in receiving gentle pets and affection, although she may still be unsure about being carried around. Over time, she has become more comfortable with the idea and has made progress in this area.

In her foster home, Patience has learned to coexist peacefully with small dogs and other cats, provided that proper introductions are made. With a patient and understanding human companion, she has the potential to blossom into an even more confident and loving companion.

If you are seeking a special feline companion who embodies the true meaning of patience and resilience, look no further than Patience. She is eagerly waiting for that perfect person to open their heart and provide her with the love and care she truly deserves.

More about this rescue

We are a small non-profit 501(c)3 rescue located in Twin Falls, Idaho. We have been involved in rescue for 10+ years.

The need for animal rescue is great everywhere as anyone involved with rescue will tell you. The shelters are over crowded and the dogs and cats continue to poor in on a daily basis. We work with local and surrounding area shelters to help with the overcrowding, special needs, senior and unsocial animals that do not have a good chance at adoption in a shelter setting. We take some owner surrenders if we have a foster available and depending on the situation. Our priority is furkids at risk of euthanasia or needing special care.
