How is it that Roscoe hasn't recieved one application?

Roscoe is a 20c week old Jack russell. He weighs 14lbs. He was surrendered to us when he was almost 15 weeks old because they couldn't sell him, and he was the last of his litter. We picked him up and took him to the vet for a check-up, plus he got vaccines and heartworm prevention. Roscoe is a sweet puppy. He loves to lay on your lap and cuddle with you he would literally cuddle all day if you let him. That doesn't mean he won't play with the fosters dogs or have a zoomie or two. He is just not the typical hyper Jack Russell like most of the breed. Roscoe loves dogs of all sizes. He hasn't met a cat yet, but we don't think it would be a problem. Roscoe would love a home with a fur-sibling or someone who is home most of the time. If you are interested in adopting him send us a message or fill out an application.
