A very sweet female dog wandered onto the property of a friend of mine in Arkansas back in October, and within about a week, six little pups were born! (Mom must have been a party girl - - from the looks of her pups she had at least a couple of gentlemen-friends!) They've been lovingly fostered in a family with visiting kids, cats and other dogs which is perfect training ground for them to become the perfect little brothers and sisters!

Please don't tell the others, but Maverick may be his foster mom's favorite! Maybe it's because he's so pudgy, or maybe it's because he's like a fuzzy little teddy bear. Or maybe it's because of the way his tail doesn't stop wagging when he gallops around with his brothers and sisters. Or maybe it's his simply irresistible smile!

The pups are about 8 - 9 weeks old, they're very healthy and we think they'll be in the 50 pound range fully grown. We have no idea what their true mix is, but they are 100% pure sweetness!!
