Meet Darla, the darling black and white girl looking for her forever home! She's been waiting a really long time to finally have her moment to shine and find forever. This sweet girl may start off a bit shy, but earning her trust with a cat treat and patience would be life changing for Darla to start a new chapter in her own family . Darla adores the company of other cats, finding solace and joy in their presence. She's made incredible progress from her timid beginnings, proving that with patience and love, she's blossoming more and more into a confident kitty. You'll often find her perched atop a cat tree, surveying her domain with curiosity, or nestled nearby, enjoying the warmth of human companionship. Treats are the way to her heart, and she'll gladly show her appreciation with gentle purrs and loving eye blinks. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside, Darla is the perfect match for you! While she may be shy with the right home who knows how amazing her confidence might become. She'd be a great addition to your resident kitty making your home complete!
Darla is vaccinated, spayed, microchipped and healthy (fiv and felv negative)

Meowsquad is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization started in 2019. Our goal is to reduce the large stray and feral cat population of New York City by using Trap Neuter Return (TNR) techniques as well as working with the community to find forever homes for cats and kittens that can be resocialized. We also aim to relocate those who cannot be returned into safe, working environments.
