Crimson!
Crimson is another one of our humane law enforcement hoarding case dogs who is really starting to come out of his shell and flourish. We know with some time, patience and TLC he will be a wonderful companion for some lucky family!

Crimson is a male, estimated to be around 2-3 yrs old. He is also some sort of small breed mix, including dachshund. He has the cutest scruffy/whispy hair. As with most of the dogs in the home he has some thinning hair, likely due to a combination of flea infestation (which has been treated, no more tiny friends!) and poor diet. He is already looking and feeling so much better, but we expect it may take a few months for everything to fully grow back in.

Crimson would love a patient adopter willing to work with him on gaining some confidence and introducing him to all the cool things the world holds. He does want to connect and bond with someone, but is still learning about the kindness that can come from humans. He is good with other dogs and could either live with a dog friend, or be your one and only. He is used to sleeping in a crate and is working on going for walks. He will need work on housebreaking.

Crimson's adoption fee includes his neuter and heartworm testing as well as vaccinations to date and microchipping. He is also up to date on preventatives.
