My story

Thank you for your interest in Brandy. Brandy lives in an Alabama foster home and will transport to New England when she is adopted. Her foster would be happy to speak with the family that is approved to adopt Brandy.

Brandy was rescued in February after her owner abandoned her and his other dogs that had puppies under his trailer. Once we found a foster home for Brandy, we brought her into rescue and she started living as a family dog. She is approximately 2-3 years old and 45 pounds.

Brandy loves her life inside as a family companion. She has lived with five dogs and two cats and a teenager. She is housetrained, crate trained, and has good manners inside and outside. Her Foster has been taking her on a leash walks and tells us that she is doing well. Brandy is a sweetheart, calm and gentle, and a great find in rescue.

Brandy is spayed, microchip, up-to-date on rabies and all other vaccines, heartworm negative, and receiving heartworm prevention and parasite prevention. She comes with her records.

Brandy's adoption fee is $525. From that fee, we pay the Transporter $175 to Transport every dog to New England. We do not on the van service. Brandy would also see a licensed veterinarian the week that she leaves for her home for a health check and health certificate, and that also comes at a cost. She’s totally worth it.!
