My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Disney is seeking a new home because her mom recently had a terrible accident and is no longer able to care for her pets. You see, her Mom is a dear friend of our Rescue for 15 years and worked at Greenbriar Animal Hospital which is one of our Rescue Vet Partners so we are doing this courtesy post to help Disney find a new home.

This lovely and sweet five year old girl is primarily a Labrador Retriever with some Pit and has lived with numerous animals including dogs, cats and even a parrot!! Now that her Mom is no longer capable of caring for her pets, Disney needs to find a forever family to help her through this difficult transition and give her a loving, long and responsible home.

Disney is totally vetted-heartworm negative, spayed, current on all vaccinations and wormed and she is a delight. As you can see form her beautiful, shiny coat, she has been well cared for and is bright and healthy. She is a good girl in the house with no needless barking, counter surfing or getting on furniture unless invited, of course!

Her ideal new home will be a single or couple with no children since she has not been around children of any age, a nice fenced yard and someone who can give her the love and care she do desperately longs for since her Mom is no longer able to do so.
