My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charles “Charlie” is a 4 month old, 15 pound ball of energy! His mom is a miniature pincher, but we are unsure about the dad (perhaps a beagle?)  Charles is working on house training, but is a fast learner! He knows sit and down and he learned those commands in 10 minutes! He is very food motivated, playful, energetic and loving. He had no idea how to play with toys when he came to us, but his furry household companions are showing him the ropes! He walks pretty good on a leash, just needs to work on being focused on his owner. Charlie is great with other dogs and children. He has not been tested with cats. Charles does well in his crate when we are away from home and he sleeps well in his crate all night.

Charlie is recovering from demodectic mange, which is not contagious to other animals or humans. He has a secondary bacterial infection caused by the mange which he is taking medication for.
