No unfenced pool

Annie was born in approximately 2013. She is an adorable dog who gets along with all other dogs. She prefers to hang out alone and not cuddle. Annie has a left Atrium leaky valve and an enlarged heart, which has been managed well with medication. She will need to remain on this medication for the rest of her life and have regular follow-up visits with a cardiologist to monitor her progress.

Annie's journey has been a difficult one. She was rescued from the shelter after being abandoned by her owner, who had moved and left her with friends. They, in turn, passed her along to someone else, who also didn’t want her, and they left her outside. Despite these challenges, Annie's spirit remained unbroken. She was finally picked up by Animal Control and brought to the shelter. Owners were contacted, and Annie was relinquished at the shelter.
