Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Liam is a people pleaser. At just over a year this dog is still a puppy. Liam was hit by a car and on New Years Eve, he was scheduled to be put to sleep becasue no one had come for him. SAVE Rescue stepped in and saved this young man. After 3 surgeries, Liam is ready to start a new life. He is completely kennel trained due to his rehab time in a crate. He is also housebroken. He can now walk a mile and a half with no problems and iam getting stronger in his back legs every day. he love the company of other dogs and has lived with a variety of sizes. His puppy energy is probably too much for a senor dog, but othewise he is a great companion to most other canines. He has been around cats and will not hurt them, but because he is still a puppy, chase them if they run. He loves kids but probably would be best with kids over 8 since he is big and somewhat clumsy. He loves to play with toys and needs to have a good supply to keep him from eating shoes and other "no-nos". Once he has his own toys, he will pretty much leave everything else alone. Liam is learning to play fetch and enjoys splashing around in puddles and such. Once the weather is warmer,he is going to get to go in the swimming pool. Liam is a big old goof and will make you laugh with his puppy antics. He loves to cuddle and is hilarious trying to fit all 50 pounds on your lap. As long as he is getting love and attention, he is the best pup you could ask for. His leash training is going very well although learning to sit is a bit hard yet with his injuires and learning to reuse his rear legs. IF you would like to know more about this stunning pup, please contact SAVE Rescue at info@saverescue.org
