Regardless of what you want to call me, my name is Tippy and I appear to be a Cocker Spaniel/Pomeranian mix. I only weigh 12-13 lbs and was left behind when my owner moved away and left me in the house. I was there for a little while before someone found me and boy was I scared. I'm only 2-3 years old and am still a little scared but I would really like to be someones little lap dog.
