My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Abby is brand new to our shelter but has been known by the community for a while-proving herself to be a lover! She was brought in by a good Samaritan who had been leaving out food and water for her for nearly two months and was finally able to transport her to us through Leawood Animal Control. Abby was likely outside most of her life as she was underweight and had parasites, her perspective on life has been nothing but positive though! Abby is the perfect girl! She eagerly greets all her visitors, and will even try to groom them, she is playful and affectionate. She does still have kitten energy so as of right now she isn't much of a lap cat but she will absolutely seek out your companionship. She is scheduled to be spayed on 5/18, and has started her vaccines, as well as testing FeLV Negative and parasite free! She is ready for her first forever home now, and given a proper introduction we are sure her confidence will allow her to befriend whomever she shares her household with.
