Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Buddy is one sweet pooch! He was living chained outside when SOAR rescued him.
Buddy has a condition called PRA. Progressive Retinal Atrophy. It's a hereditary and he has lost his vision over time. He has had time to adjust to not seeing and it cannot be repaired. BUT, Buddy doesn't know he is considered "special needs" because he gets around better than most seeing
dogs.. He is very quiet, gentle, and he loves other dogs. Buddy's ideal home is one where he has another gentle dog in the home that can help show him the ropes since he can't see. He is in great health and is fully vetted and microchipped. He will also be fine with cats. He's waiting on his special someone(s) so he can start the next chapter of his life inside the home as a family member as it should be.
