My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Kaya! I am a year old Boxer mix who has found myself without a family of my own. Good Karma Dog Rescue took me in when my pervious so-called family decided that they made a mistake getting a dog and no longer wanted the responsibility of caring for me. One day, they took me to a shelter where I found myself on something called a "Destroy List"! I was terrified. Thankfully a nice volunteer for Good Karma saw me and brought me to the vet for a check up and then to an awesome foster home.
I currently live with another dog who is a little larger than I am. I have a lot of puppy energy when I am outside but tend to be quieter indoors. I do know basic commands and am a very good listener. My foster family thinks I may have lived with an aggressive man at one point because I tend to be a little fearful of large men although I warm up quickly when they come down to the floor and let me meet them properly. I am curious about cats but not enough where they are in any sort of danger. i just like seeing them. I am good with kids and am crate trained.
So far, my life in my foster home has been awesome but I would really like to find a place to call my own!
